Hmmm....that looks a little shady to me. I would not send it. Usually it would come from an email address from @buymedsinc.com
Just my two cents....

Do *not* open email from an account that looks legit but you're unfamiliar with. The SoBig virus is out now and in fact, I got it in my email account today- came with an attachment saying Wicked ScreenSaver. I don't ever open attachments without scanning and sure enough, it *was* the virus- from , can't remember the name, but nobody I knew. Also, the virus is showing up with different subjects to each recipient- so you won't know it by merely the subject. Just an FYI on account of your weird email- not sure if yours was even an attachment, but sounded fishy to me!

I am not sure if this helps but I read on a recent thread that the doctor at buymeds is Dr. Mario Avello, which would make sense if the email was mavello. Maybe you should send them an email asking who they are before you send it.

If you are unsure about where this email came from, you can easily call BuyMeds' Customer Service number (located at the very bottom of home page) to verify.
Good luck
