I used to order from ERX and all of a sudden they no longer ship to Michigan. Anybody know why or if I can get my last refill from them?

Not sure about the geography, but........if I were you I would have it shipped to the UPS or FEDEX building in the closest state to you. I have mine held all the time, besides ya dont have to wait for the truck, you can pick it up first thing in the morning........

Hi I no longer us those losers but when I had my last refill they asked if I wanted pharmaent...they ship to my state but speed doesn't...maybe u should ask them...Boo

I believe ERX only offers UPS and I've tried hold for pick up before. I've been told by them they have to make at least one attempt. Then you call them and tell them you want them to hold it and you will pick it up after your door has been tagged. Take the slip they leave on the door with you and you won't have any problems. I've done this at least a couple of times.

Okay, this one is a real "doozy" ya'll. I get an email from ERX this morning telling me it's time for a refill. That's just hunky-dory, but I just got my 2nd refill last Monday! What gives? Anyone else have this happen? I'm tempted to go ahead and request it, but don't want to "open up a can of worms".

Has anyone heard that Pharmanet is closing any truth to this? What if we have refills left with them?

It's been 30 days and I have one more refill with ERX, then on to better things! My prescription is with Speedscripts, I have called ERX for the past 2 days, either it's busy or no answer at all. When I go to the refill section on the website it states that it will go back to the old website to retrieve refills. I always called ERX to have my refills done, so this was never processed on the old website, now I can't reach them by phone. Any advice would be appreciated, I thought I should get some input/advice before trying the refill process on their website. Thanks for any help. EMJ

I started to try the refill process on the website yesterday but gave up. I ended up calling, got through, gave my info, had to hold for a while and now have a UPS tracking number, but it is in the "billing information received" stage right now. Actually received an email that said "on behalf of Speed Scripts" saying it was being shipped. Never have gotten one of those before.

To the poster above, ( making sure i understand ) you had a pharmanet script, from erx, and it was filled by speedscripts?????

No. This time around the script originated from Speed Scripts (see my post above). This is my last refill and I did not get an email from them or "on their behalf," as it stated in the email on other two fills.

I imagine eRX won't be using Pharmanet any longer, I would think they will transfer all their scripts over to Speed Scripts and/or start using a different pharmacy. When I first started ordering from them, my orders always came from Pharmanet but my last couple of orders came from Speed Scripts. It's pretty confusing with this OP right now I decided to let my last refill go with them, as I'm using NWW right now and I just don't trust I'll get my refill

I agree Legitimate. Pharmanet customers will have to be dumped (for lack of better term) to another pharmacy because I really don't think they are going to be around much longer.
