Great link! I recently spent a morning representing a person who was discharged from his employment for testing positive for water under this new absurd government policy. Left to the politicians anything can and will be screwed up. Although the judge appeared sympathetic to our arguments the final decision has not been entered. Will post the final results when they are available.
Fortunately, i started my career before this nonsense took over and i've never had to take a drug test. All my younger colleagues are not so lucky. They can't just say "take this cup and shove it!" I work in an industry where there could be a valid reason for requiring the tests ... for safety-sensitive positions. Luckily for me, though, it's borderline.
