I order Didrex online on a regular basis and the last orders (from different pharms) have been of very poor quality. At first I thought it was me-maybe I was becoming tolerant or something but my husband who takes them occasionally said they didn't work for him either and he can't be tolerant as he rarely takes them.
Could it be the heat???

I also had this happen to me in the past. Make sure they are manufactured by "UpJohn". Stay away from Op's offering "free vitamins" with your order...e-scripts-md had good quality.

I have only ordered Didrex once, and am also disappointed. They seem to have minimal effect. I don't remember where I ordered them, but the pharmacy that filled was RX Networks of South Florida.
How can I be sure they are Upjohn? The ones I have say DIDREX 50 on one side. On the prescription label it says "P/UJ" which could stand for "Pharmaceutical Upjohn" I suppose. Didrex is the brand name for benzphetamine, right? Or?

Funny that you mentioned didrex, I just filled a script two days ago took 100mg, yesterday and today and you're right they suck!!!. I would have better off with phetermine hydrochlroide (Fastin 37.5mg). I mean the fastin is suppose to weaker then the didrex. But in actuality they seem stronger and they are C-IVs. Didrex use to be a C-II drug, usually the stronger they are, the high classification, in terms of scheduling. The government recently lowered their classification C-III. I'm wondering can it be that in lowering the classification, the government had Upjohn somewhat change the structural formula of didrex to decrease it's addictive properties and at same time maintain it's appetite-suppresive properties. Or can it be that there has been bad batch shipped out accidentally or maybe it's that pink covering that actually hides the true white pill that within it, which is the benzphetamine in it's complete nature. Too many questions, answers anyone?

I take Didrex 50mg occasionally.My uneducated guess would be the heat or the date (freshness).Are you taking them with anything that would contraindicate them? If not,then probably the former guess.

I went with "USA-Scripts" b/c they offered free shipping (big mistake)...This happened quite some time ago. Most of these OP's are affiliated with each other, so today I can't tell you who has "the real thing"...But like I said, back then "e-scripts-md had very good quality didrex. It cost more, but it's worth the extra $$$...Good luck.

I have ordered from various op's over the last couple years including USA prescriptions and I can only remember maybe 1 time that I thought they were noticeably weak. Maybe the heat changes them chemically. Two batches in a row that are not quite right from two seperate op's-the second one is just a bit weak but the one before that were just plain weird! Made me feel sorta zombie like

The batch I got seems weak too. I have to take two pills just to get any kind of effect from them.

I have to agree. I just orderered didrex a month ago for the first time. I'd never tried didrex or phentermine before. I was very disappointed. One pill does nothing, and two pills still have less effect than even ephedrine. I thought it was just my body chemistry or something, but it sounds like a lot of people are experiencing the same thing. I ordered mine form discount-pill.com.

It might be your body chemistry. I'm sorry the medication didn't help you.
I just ordered from valueprescribe.com. The quality was excellent, and I received my order within 24 hours. But, I haven't taken this class of medication in many years.

I have found the quality to be good. They sell Upjohn brand. I received the order the next day.

i too ordered from valueprecribe and receieved next day. i hadnt taken didrex since the early 80s. they seemed the same to me i cleaned house like a madman on 4!!
i would rather have the upjohn but my goodness the prices are so high. i think ill just enjoy the 26 i have left and starve and work a few days and hope i drop about 10-15 lbs
allthough i sure wouldnt mind haveing some around for a little extra energy!!i just have a hard time paying 3$a pill

Has anyone gotten Didrex lately? How's the quality...is it weaker now?
