Ok, I sent Farmakos a WU for an order about a week and a half ago, the Dr. still hasn't picked it up even after several e-mails about what I want and the MTCN#. So, I was just curious if I can pick this money up and use someone else untill the Dr. cleans up his act, or am I stuck trying to make him understand me? Thanks.

The only way to do this is to hurt the receiver in some way, or to claim credit card fraud, in which case you may get your money refunded and the CC company has to deal with it--that is, if you used a CC. And, WU often calls just to make sure you are the owner of the card, but that doesn't mean anything. Your friend staying over or your teenage kid could have sent the payment. Otherwise, if you report to WU company that you think the receiver is involved in fraud and would like your money back, you might make it hard for other customers, so I would advise against doing that. Already, this company seems to have a bad reputation with the WU reps on the phone.
I'm not sure it's bad reputation with WU reps or that FDA/DEA has flagged certain transfer recipients as IOP's and warned WU. OLS4U and Interpharm.cc also seem to have "bad rep with WU." Recall that Paypal cut off many IOP's a couple weeks ago -- seems like a focused Gov't effort to me.
Skizzik, i cancelled a WU payment once, but i cancelled the same day, still it took about a week to get the money back!I would think since it hasnt been picked up that you should be able to cancel. I would call WU and ask what your options are,
