I just wanted to comment on the recent changes I've noticed on this board. The forums are pretty much identical (I have not compared) to the VIP board, although certain forums remain available to VIP members only. Anyway, I have noticed all the great articles of interest posted recently, it's been an education for me reading all of these. Thanks DB for all the great work! It looks just great

The Free Board is every bit as good as the VIP Board... I just belong to VIP to support the cause. Sometimes I like the Free Board even better... 
Thanks again DB for giving us this place to gather... It really saves my sanity! Or what's left of it, anyway...

I agree. I have gained a lot of knowledge from this board. I have found the pain relief I have needed for years and I have also saved money from international orders because of this wonderful board and it's community of good and caring members. Site design and bandwidth costs money.
I joined the VIP board in January to support this site. I felt the need to give back (even though it is not much) for everything I have gained because of this board. And I can honestly say there is even more valuable information on the VIP side.
Give back a little bit. Join the VIP board!

I like the changes too. DB is a wealth of information and I appreciate the service. I notice though that nobody is using the good news or support feature like on the vip side.
People are still putting the good news or support info in the meeting place.

That's becasue they aren't available on the free side. I mean the forums are there, but if you notice, there is only one post in them, and it's from DB saying "no can do" on the free board, VIP only.
