please help me I've been trying to join the VIP board for almost an hour now and it won't accept my credit card (mastercard) and I know for a fact that I have enough money. I tried to email DB themselves but when I try I get some microsoft /passport/password type of thing. I am the most computer illiterate person to walk the face of the earth and have no idae how to get around it or what it even is. I could really use some help on this one as I have no idea what to do at all. I hope this is the right forum to post this in but I didn't know where else to turn. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much
The email address is - the pop up that you're receiving is for internet users who have Outlook Express configured as the default mail client...what you'll need to do is go into your email account & manually type in the email address above when you compose your email.
We also have a link called "Contact Us" at the lower left portion of every board page. It is not too easy to find but it is there.
Sometimes one of the many parts that makes it posible to charge a card does not work. In that case the best is to just wait a bit and try again.
We do not do the billing. We use a third party billing service called Ibill. They do offer online help and a toll free number.
