Tis true that Florida is looking at OPs, but a recent administrative hearing there exonerated the pharmacy and doctor. Someone posted the story here. And there are also rumors of a new state law there instituting new restrictions. Does anyone have a link to such a new law?
And yes, there are several new places there but they all seem to be delivering with only minor problems. If you use a credit card you can always file a dispute if you don't receive what is promised.

The Florida Board of Pharmacy approved a recent Administrative Law Judge's ruling in one case involving RX Networks:

I will look around some more for any additional proposals or changes that may be may be in the pipeline. Of course the new federal privacy laws went into effect recently but that is an entirely different thread.
Tale care and good luck.

Boo, here is a link to a recent article that mentions Florida as "leading" the effort in regulating on-line pharmacies.

Another URL I found while doing some digging is a listing of all of the State Boards of Pharmacy which shows their websites:

I'll keep poking around and let you know what I find on Florida.

I got "curiouser and curiouser." (And with apologies to another poster who first used this quote.)

Here's a good site and I think I will also post this under the "Laws and Regulations" section since that is probably a more appropriate place for this discussion.

Take care and good luck all and I will see you over at the other thread.
Edited to say that this was, in fact, in the appropriate forum. I am trying to expand the thread to make it a multi-state issue with a new thread on " Pending Legislation" in the "Laws and Regulations" forum.
TC&GL all.
