I thought I had read from some members that the cost to become a VIP was around $40, but then I ran across this post from DB stating it is $15 to join.....

When I became a VIP member back in Nov 02, The cost was $29.00 for 6 months. I don't think it has changed.

That is what I paid just recently $29 for six months....and it has paid for its self already.

Any other old farts on here remember the $50 for lifetime VIP membership when this place was relatively new? I guess I should have taken that option seeing that i've been here forever. Any lifetimers still haunting the place?

Boy I wish I would've had that option!!!!! I have seen the 15.00 thing its for the 1st month then 5.00 per month thereafter if I am not mistaken.Take the six or 12 mo they are a good deal.I got two 20.00 discounts for 29.00 plus nice people, great advice,great counsel, and DB's vaunted OP and drug database.It is actually a very good deal.I am reupping!

sara, I did the original board too... and was about to sign up but did the same thing as you. and I hated that old format, anyway. this one is way more fun
