Though I would start a post on what I thought the average DB user was like. This in no way reflects anyone in particular:
They have:
Been in pain for a long time
Have been to several doctors, who at one time or another, have made them feel like addicts or practically have to beg or cry to get 20 vicodan which is supposed to last 4 months, or refused to prescribe anything stronger because they are all scared
Knows that those same doctors make you feel like a criminal or junkie when you call 2 days early for a refill
Realized that because they cant use insurance, the information on DB is vital, and the prices of some meds and shipping sometimes weigh in the factor of which OP they use
Have made DB their home page )
Wondered how much an OP makes in a given day, or how many hydros a particular pharm has shipped out in a given day
Knows exactly what 10/325 means
Knows what compounding means, and at one time or another thought of going that route
Knows about a pharmacy getting busted before the local town paper does
Wonders if too many Ops is good for buisness,or bad
When they hear the term bad discs, knows we arent talking about broken frisbees
Takes a quick peek at work to see if someone replied to their post about how an OP is doing
Reads this list and smiles because you have at one time or another done everthing on this list!

Love your post...hay, do you know me or somethin?  'Cause I've done 2 or 3 (or 10) things on that list...
also...
Has at least 2 windows of DB open at the same time so they can quote and cut n paste and have other posts to refer back to while composing post.
Comes back from the mailbox and can't wait to use the smiley face, the grin, and the shades-guy all in the same happy post.

Excellent Post!!! That describes me, although I have just finished my hydro break to detox my body, I am back as the pain began to become unbearable. This is me....

Nice post! You hit the nail right on the head. I replaced eBay with DB for my home page about 2 months ago....LOL!!
