Is there a way to alter the properties of the shoutbox? My suggestions would be to
1) slow the refresh rate a bit, because while you are scrolling the list of messages it keeps refreshing and snapping you back to the bottom before you can read the upper/earlier posts.
2) Give us the capability to re-size the shoutbox; there are no arrows if you hold your mouse over the borders, so you're just stuck with a teeny-tiny box that can't be maximized either
3) Make it so we don't have to scroll right and left as well as up and down, which is infuriating when combined with the refresh rate and other mentioned handicaps.

We can not help a lot with this.
When a member posts a long word with no spaces, too many !'s, or similar... the shoutbox can not break the word to start a new line and forces members to "scroll" to see the complete line... members just have to put up with it till that message becomes number 30 and expires...
Different refresh times are being tested but there will always be complains about it being too short or too long...
