I see that some threads have ratings and others don't. Who determines the ratings now?

Under each thread there is an area at the bottom left called "Extra Information." There's a drop-down box with "Rate this Thread." (I think that's what it says - I just lost it because I just rated the thread two stars, and that's all it shows me now!)

So I guess anyone can rate any thread. It probably works just like the old star rating for users.

It's just that boredom does strange things to me. I read everything and try most of it because I don't have much of a life! I even like the little shoutbox thing. It doesn't take much to amuse me.
