Their dialup service is nonexistent. When you call and cancel the account, they still bill you for 3 more months. Plus, they have a sneaky habit of leaving all kinds of spyware on your computer. Horrible company!! Although their Time Warner cable works great ( same owners)

For those wanting a good article explaining firewalls, both software and hardware, what they do, how and why you MUST have one if you have a static IP address (cable, dsl, etc.) take a look at http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0
