I JUST ORDERED FROM EMEDS, WHO I HEAR IS VERY SLOW BUT RELIABLE. I HAVE 2 QUESTIONS: 1. HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT TO DO A CHARGEBACK IF I THINK IT MIGHT BE SEIZED. AND 2: HOW LONG DO C.C. COMPANIES (OR LAWS) GIVE U TO CHARGEBACK???ANY FEEDBACK WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. PM IF U HAVE TO !!
Usually the credit company will give you 30 days...but don't worry about a seisure from E-meds Direct because contrary to what they would have you believe...they are/ and ship from California...not Mexico!! Good-luck.... Cat36

A charge back because something is seized? If you want to continue to do business with a particular company then you shouldn't charge back something that is seized.....you really shouldn't even if you don't want to do business with them any longer.
YOU are the one taking the risk, not the seller. If you do a charge back then the seller has to eat the loss and that's not right.
Some sellers will reship if something is snatched, but you generally need the customs letter to fax them.
