DEA Juristriction Internationally

Does the DEA have juristriction over pharmacies based outside of the USA.In other words can international OP's be prosecuted under United states law?Or would their own countries laws apply. A lot of OP's do give a return physical address.

They may not have direct jurisdiction but they have over 30 offices world wide and are intimately involved in many countries enforcement actions. Think about this tell the people of Columbia the DEA has no international power.

US Agencies bear tremendous influence internationally due to our diplomatic clout.
