Hi guys. This topic may have been posted in the past, but....anyHOO.
Some times (after taking hydro) I get acid indigestion something terrible! Does anyone else experience this? Wonder why hydro causes this? Does anyone happen to know? What do you do for relief?
Thanks guys!

Thank you Greycie. I'll give that a try.
I have tried like, TUMS, but that doesn't help at all. But, wonder what it is about hydro that does this? It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it's very uncomfortable, you know?

I recommend Cimetadine, generic Tagamet, available OTC anywhere. It not only supposedly potentiates the hydrocodone it also helps the liver process the Tylenol. Pretty cool, when I was dosing w/ 10/325 I had upset stomach too, the Tagamet helped greatly.

I've had this problem for over 10 years and yes, Cimetadine which is generic tagmet and very cheap at wal mart works the best for me.

I'm going to try to a get a prescription for Cimetidine 600mg tablets. I have acid reflux and this otc med helps a lot more than my expensive script "acifex." Anyways, I also take tagamet 400-600mg before a dose of hydro. By obtaining this script, I hope to cut down on the cost of tagamet, which is very pricey otc.
