in the same boat....ordered 3/10 and am waiting. sent emails but got not response....worse news was that the site was not active tonight. great.
can I implement a chargeback here since it was charged to a card?

I got an e-mail from them 2 months ago saying that my order was shipped, but they didn't send a tracking number. I still haven't received my order and they won't answer any of my e-mails.

You have to give MG about a month. If in a few weeks you don't hear from them, and I would email first, then certainly you could do a chargeback. But I would advise you to give it a little time and email your concerns. MG used to refund your money if you weren't happy. They won't do that anymore? I haven't used them in a long time well if you look a few posts up you will see why. Same deal my emails were not responded to so I asked for a cancellation and got it.

if you do a google search you'll see medicinegallery has been around for a while .. i wouldn't dismiss it off-hand as untrustworthy just because it gets a little while until you actually receive your meds .. but i don't know .. maybe they're for real a bit strange ..

No like I said I haven't placed an order in a while so I can't say. I am just responding to the posters that said they are having no luck getting in touch with MG. Yes strange things are happening with them. For one the lady used to email you right back if there was any concern or if you wanted the status of your order. No the issue is not the time it takes, it has always been 3 weeks to a month to get your meds. That was not my issue, that was expected. I had a question and no one would respond is what turned me off of MG. They used to have good cs. I don't know what happened. Yes I agree they have been around a long time but it would not be the first time I have seen a long time iop go to pot. If anyone is having a good experience with them, feel free to say it.

I have never not received an order but it is taking longer and longer. I also never got an email shipment notice without a tracking # thats weird and doesn't sound promising. I'm waiting for one now from xyzmeds and it will soon be five weeks. Haven't tried to email because if they don't reply I'll just get stressed out. But the web sites are still working and I still have hope for now but it is waning.
Can do charge back but would wait max amount of time before doing so.
Last time I received from MG was in mid-December took a bit more than three weeks.
Rechecked all sites and found:

xyzmeds is working
thrift-meds is working
alpinemeds is down for maintenance
housecallmeds is down for maintenance
docsmeds is down for maintenance

I think if that much time has elapsed, I would ask. Maybe a friendly email about the status of your order. Yes they used to always deliver, I can't argue about that and would always send tracking info. They are different now, I don't know why.

apparently someone managed to track down a phone number for MG and actually get ahold of them that way in Feb 2005. I'm trying to dig this up and if I do I'll forward along to those who have been waiting for a while and want to know what's up.

maybe this will help some of you, i emailed them several times and didn't get a response, then i emailed once more and told them if i didn't hear something back that i would contact my credit card co and dispute the charges,
Treila responded with
"I apologize for the delay in reply. We have not yet received tracking information for your order ##### placed with medicinegallery.com, I'm sorry. We do expect to have this information available shortly as the average time
for an order to ship is currently 2 to 3 weeks, please note all of the Pharmacies we process for are Internationally based. We will send tracking information for the order referenced via email as soon as possible.

If you look on their website now, ritalin is now missing from their list of medications available, I don't know how many people are waiting on that, but that might be the cause of some of the delays.

Well I got ahead of myself when I said everything looked normal, I had a long day and didn't completely open the package when I posted. It was a normal looking package but after completely checking the contents I found something was different, in the past I always received Roche Valium in blister packs, this time it is a generic in a foil pack (I say foil because it is foil on both sides, you can't see the tablets from the outside). The pack says IFA-FONAL with DIAZPAM Tabletas 10mg Oral in small print also the expiration date Fecha de Cad. 01-DIC- 2006. The tablets themselves are pink scored on one side and no other markings or numbers etc. I have never seen pink diazpam before, is anyone familiar with this brand generic? I assume they are manufactured in Mexico. I know this is probably going to upset some people waiting for Valium and at this time I haven't tried any yet so I can't comment on the quality, I will post again after testing a couple tabs. Sorry for not posting the details yesterday but I was too tired to know what I was doing. Oh yeah the Xanax was brand name Tafil P&U like always.

Panter, I am interested to see how the quality is of those pink tabs. IMO, I find the 10 mg blue Roche valium from these sources weak.
Please let us know the quality. I have 90 from xyz on order. May I note . . . for over 4 weeks now.

Ok. took normal dose at normal time and they seem fine in fact maybe a bit stronger than my US generic, some people my disagree as differing opinions seem common with benzos.

anyone else receive any orders from medicine gallery housecall xyz or alpine, these guys suck, its been over six weeks and they guarantee 30 days, they don't respond to emails hardly ever. when i was about to order from them, i emailed them inquiring about seizures, etc. she said they have never had one in the 5 years they've been open, now i know i should have asked how many orders you ship, because 5 out of 5 isn't bad!!

They use to be so great. What happend?
Triela use to respond within 24 hours. Does anyone have any other contact info, besides the website contact and the e-mail. I have not had a response for over 3 weeks.
Are they really still in business? Has anyone made contact lately.

Treila responded to my e-mail 3 days after I sent her one. She said the wait now is 3 weeks. I should get a tracking # any day, I hope. Anyway, I did make contact. Good luck. I'll post when I get a tracking #.

Thanks for response. Loralei. I've sent over 15 combined e-mails and several correspondence via their web-page.
NO luck in the 20 days. I've also tried some of the sister sites like thrift-meds, xyz, etc and no luck.

after all my waiting, over six weeks, medicine gallery sent me a tracking order and damned DHL lost the package at the hub in my town!! What in the world? anyone ever had this happen, i hope they will reship my order, its not my fault they chose to ship with such a terrible courier. and the boss at the hub acts like its no big deal, just notify the shipper and tell them to call us and we will start a claim.
this has far been the biggest hassle with anything i have ever ordered.
