Flaming/Flame Wars
Flaming is reacting to someone's board posting or PM in a hostile manner by publicly chastising the person or bombarding the person with nasty posts or PM's. Flaming may occur to users that engage in behavior that violates what is considered proper board netiquette. A flame war occurs when two or more users flame each other in an escalating manner that threatens to continue unabated. If you notice a flame war developing just notify the moderator or adminitrator and let them handle it. Do not take part in flame wars. If you do you will be banned even if you did not start it :-)

FedEx no longer delivers to TN Residence
      #238966 - 03/18/05 12:07 PM

I just got a note from EPharmacy that FedEx no longer delivers to residences, but you have to go to their hub and sign before you pick it up. Anyone out there know about this?

Whats going on in TN ? Why is Fedex refusing delivery, Did they recently change the law anyone know? Legit told you to have your shipment sent to N.C. and then you can pick it up? I know someone that can't even get diet pills sent to her in TN fedex will not ship.

I THINK this is just some more of the dreaded..."urban rumor"(about the south) type misinformation by misinformed types and those who think all states south of the Mason/Dixon..are the same place..THAT IS EXACTLY what I think and this garbage gains speed and grows legs on the net..at the speed of light..as it is repeated and repeated like that old kids game where you tell/whisper something in a circle and you CANNOT even recognize it anymore when it comes back around...

PS..Please everyone..refrain from spreading or starting rumors..we don't need all of that/this garbage in the land of hurt alot of us live in..I HURT..stop it..*E-nough!*..enough..stop it..

in order for me to believe any of this i would like to see the proof and IMO if that isnt given then there is no truth to it at all...if anyone has any "real" proof to this please post a link or something.

I'm with you on this one, Limper, old buddy. The things that are being stated on this board about TN and KY are all not necessarily the truth.

Please stop with the rumors, everyone. If you have actual information, please show us a link, or newspaper article.....anything, but please stop with these rumors, you are making it more difficult for those of us living in these states.

That is not a true or accurate statement. Please stop with the speculation of the practices of one pharmacy.

I agree Limper...i did get this Pm from someone on this thread but not too sure how "correct " it is...

I wet to log into legitconsults.com and when i entered my pass it said no longer shipping to tenn. so I calles 8139339300 and they said their lawyers told them tenn passed a law and can't get anymore rx's
..this is it for me on this certan thread until otherwise true and legit things are showed and posted...admin should close this thread IMO

I don't think that's accurate. Also, I think Fed-Ex has a major overnight hub in Memphis. I do know what doesn't make since though. If you live in a neighboring state and you need to send something overnight across town - they'll first ship it to Memphis and then turn around and ship it back to your hometown for delivery. Lol.

I can only tell you what EPharmacy told me. And it scared me. Choose to believe or not. I'm frightened. And they did tell me that. Slep on it over night and think I'll just choose the Regular Priority mail option or USP or a while. I don't have the insurance to pay for some drugs that I need and are legally prescribed for me and it nuch better to get them this way. Sorry if I imflamed anyone, but I can assure you I didn't start a rumor. I haven't made that many post here , just watched and listened. I see not I'll do the same and only join in when I have to. Maybe it was a scare tactic the through at me. I don't know.
