Oh thanks, Irie....I forgot to mention that! I did use a regular money order. The fedx man looked at it for about 30 seconds but didn't say anything. Do you think Extreme just picked the word certified check, but really meant any type of pymnt along those lines would be fine? People aren't able to send off a money order with the fedx man and then run back down to the place they got it and say they lost it, are they? And if you think it's a bad idea for me to mention that, I will edit it out?? I hope there's no way for that to happen. And thanks for the pm...I'll send you one after I make the call. Good advice!! Nah, once that MO is gone it's gone - they enter all that info in when they pick it up from you - so to my knowledge no way for someone to claim it lost after that. And...when a MO is reported lost it goes through quite a prcess to confirm it was never cashed, so no worry there.
And yes, I think they are using the words "certified check" just meaning some sort of certifiable funds - just bad wording on their part as it's obviously confusing people. Maybe you or someone else who is using them might waant to mention that to them - they could be losing customers to that - you know someone thinking they have to have a *certified check* when a MO or cashiers check will do just fine.

Maybe I have confused myself on the overnight, but our total is 175.00. I will go back and check the email I got. We didn't order from anywhere else so I know I haven't mixed this up with another company lol My husband said the meds were 140.00 and the shipping was 35.00 when he ordered. I'll check his email and double check.

Yep, sure enough, "Fedex next day" is what we paid for 35.00, and it didn't come overnight. I'm wondering if they are related to another site that seems to send out orders overnight for those customers who requested two day and sends overnight orders out in two days. I guess they have decided only to offer second day now.

hmm...ive never seen it except with weather delays..alabama even had some snow in the Tennessee valley area, so it may be they had some icing or something...you could always call i guess..was it supposed to come today or tomm? it prob will still come,

The only time I have ever had one held was when NWW addressed it wrong and when I checked my status it said "held" - the driver knew the street did not contain that house number so it was left as "held" at the hub.
I'd double check this one with w/FedEx - surely something real simple has occurred.

just wanted to update you all. i relayed your helpful advice to my friend and he said he did not open the fedex bag because he was sure it was empty so instead he squeezed it where the bottle was as hard as he could and it felt like he was crushing pills, so he did accept it, opened it and it was all accounted for. And it was in a cocoon of cotton, he said he still couldn't see the pills after opening. In the end he ended up breaking a few, but at least he knew they were there.

How do you get money back for late orders? We pay a lot for shipping but 75% of the time the package does not get here in the time we pay for.

I know if we were the sender we could get our money back right. Maybe the med companys get money back after the cod's are processed.

I am definately going to use this company next month if its still around. YES, the Cocoon of Cotton, I have never seen this before! LOL Had to literally pick through the soft cotton and dig and dig for the last two. Needless to say, no shake no rattle. No complaints here. I highly recommend them.
On a side note, Leek, that is a real good point you brought up. I wonder if they do get some money back when they don't get it out overnight or what have you. I'll have to see if my fedex or ups guy knows next time they come.

A question...
My order came to 165$.
The Fed-Ex notification says it is for $107.17.
That I know of there is no way to contact thse guys, the forms they provide send ME back my own emails.
Should I just not except the package?
Either they sent the wrong thing (my confirmation email was correct) or they are undercharging...
One crappy, one cool...
What to do what to do...
Any advice is greatly appreciated...

I'm pretty sure that Pharmacy Ready means it's in line to be filled; that the doctor has already approved it. You probably will get a tracking notice today. Good luck & post the outcome!

Gosh, I have no idea what you should do....Anyone have any ideas? Did anyone ever get a phone number for this place? You may just have to get back online with them and send an email. Is your order due to be delivered today? Sounds like a [censored] shoot! Are you feeling lucky today?  Seriously tho, good luck & let us know what ends up happening.

I just checked status and my b/f order is 'out for delivery' today. It's strange, when I put in the tracking number on the fed ex website it only says 'picked up' in miami on the 7th. This morning when I clicked on the link in fed ex notice email it had all the updated info. Got a money order and based on all the feedback here am assuming it'll be ok. Take care everyone

Hi ya'll, I emailed them and asked if the payment had to be cretified check and WOW! They actually answered me! They said a money order would be fine. I had'nt even placed an order and they still replied!

Hi All,
Is the turnaround time for this company one day? Meaning, if i ordered today at 10 a.m. and received a FedEx email at one this afternoon with a tracking #. Does this mean I will receive tomorrow 3/11 per my overnight shipping request?
I am hoping so.....I am in a pinch and hope this will arrive before the weekend.

I ordered 2 day and got mine overnight, but I always do when I order 2 day fedex..I am just 1 state away from Fl..so that is prob. why..if you live on the west coast im sure it will take the entire 2 days,but fedex is great about sending overnight when its 2 day. All it says on the bottle is Compubox Express.no #'s etc.

Received order from Extremelane today and you were so right about the cocoon of cotton! The rx bottle is big enough to fill 6 months of meds + a happy meal
And there was like a box of cotton too, no rattling of pills in this package! Good quality and correct count.
I did receive 2 different tracking numbers though so was kinda confused during the process. The 1st tracking number only stated 'picked up in Miami' on the 7th. The 2nd tracking number said 'picked up' the 9th and it delivered today but it said scheduled delivery would be the 11th-boyfriend ordered 2 day shipping. Be careful when opening package because the meds are all wrapped up in the cotton and easily fall out. I kept the shipping label with address and tel #-not sure if it'll work but have the info if anyone needs it. The money order worked out just fine.

I believe you BamaChica. And, anyway, the website doesn't say they will ONLY take a cashier's check, it says "certified check," which is not the same thing. It's just their imprecise way of saying certified funds, which, of course, can be either a cashier's check OR money order. Nice job of confusing everyone, though, you've got to hand it to them.
