I keep reading posts where people say such things as, "well, by law the op can't do..." or "By law the op can do..." or "the laws have changed so much that the op,,,blah,blah,blah..." Not to sound dumb, but can anyone post any of the "laws" that they are so fond of quoting? or can someone lead me to a site that actually states any of the laws that regulate the OP industry?
every usA federal law on the books. Good luck understanding it though. Instead of just giving you the current law, which would be difficult enough with all the attorney-speak, they give you the original law, and the multitudes of revisions. I suppose you could print out the original, then go to the first revision, cross out and add words, etc. When the page becomes almost unreadable, re-type it, and continue on. Everyone should spend a few minutes on this site, it's a real eye-opener.
