I just wanted to follow up on my experience with special value service , they are OUTSTANDING in customer service, quality, speed, accuracy and I LOVE the gift certificate Idea. As I mentioned I got my first order less than 24 hours after I faxed the records, had a consult with the MOST Helpful doc I ever spoke with, explained things to me and spent more time with me than my Neuro did when I got my MS dx , I was impressed with that alone ! I like that they are so professional and take the time to CARE that's what makes the difference in some of these ROPS that are not 'real' consults, more like ok what did you want, how would you like that delivered, less than 2 minutes and that is one day going to be the difference imho in what makes this telemedicine issue legal or not. Such a grey area in the legalities of OP's at least THIS company makes sure you have an actual doctor patient relationship by spending time and doing a 'real' consult. I can't speak for all of them because I haven't used all of them, but the ones I have used were never 'real' consults , i couldn't remember the docs name or the conversation for anything b/c it wasn't long enough, alot like when you go to the doc and they don't listen either... which is annoying after paying for a visit or a consult they should at least LISTEN and advise instead of offering the 'drug of the month' to increase their portfolio of that drug ..

Back on topic.. SVS not only got my order here within 24 hrs, it was very reasonable, had a discount due to memebership and the prices as someone mentioned are NOT high they weren't updated and make sure you're looking at the generic not brand, the actual prices are on their site or you can simply call , or email them they ALWAYS answer and are the nicest people I've ever dealt with.

so I used the COD option having been burnt by a few rops and the consult was even allowed to be paid by COD which was great, don't pay anything til you get your order. Now that I fully trust them I will use the cc option it's slightly less expensive.

Then , even better, I got , as promised a 75 dollar gift certificate emailed right after the order was delivered, to go online shopping at very cool site , has some really great items leather coats , purses, mens and womens apparel, musical instruments and so affordable the best thing is you can either spend the amt of the certificate , or use it as a credit if you want to shop more and spend more you still get the credit. I think it's just the best idea , it was FUN shopping , i don't get to go out to shop on bad days with MS , FMS and DDD I just don't so online shopping with a free gift certificate was GREAT for me and i'm sure many of you would appreciate that. The order is already on the way , not one problem.

Now the contest for the drawing for the 15,000 award (42 winners I beleive) Is on February 28th. Everyone who had a consult is in the drawing, so I've got MY fingers crossed. I think there's still time to get your records over and enter the drawing ! IF you're a VIP member you get a GREAT discount so it makes up for the price of the membership just in the savings of the consult and the extra bonus on the gift certificate for members !

I just really wanted to pass this along b/c it's SUCH a great company the best i've dealt with so far , added another my meds over to them , I take several for the MS, FMS, DDD and migraines and was hesitant to switch them all until I saw how they were handling things. So they didn't charge an extra consult fee , just another talk with the VERY nice doctor and got the second order the next day. I was shocked really.

Well That's my 25c .. oh and with all these NROPs dropping and the legalities involved in that they are getting so much media coverage , esp KY, If you can get records together GO for it , you'll save a bundle, do it legally and build a relationship with a doctor who is actually available to help with your concerns. That's what telemedicine is about and IMHO Special Value Services is doing it exceptionall well.

and after this drawing will there be one each month ? I hope so , that's a great way to keep your mind off pain and med orders and look forward to presents in the mail and the hope of winning something !

Honestly it's WORTH The price of a VIP membership in the savings on ONE consult plus the free gift certificate ! and you never know you could win even MORE .. geez I sound like an ad for this place I just am really impressed !
