NWW is one of the greatest OP's I have ever had the pleasure to deal with...I have been a patient since day one and wouldn't trade them fopr the world...
there CS staff is arguabley the best in the business.....
be sure to have your records....

Try PM'ing NWW David thru DB site.
You'll have to wait until Monday morning, but he is very good at responding to questions/concerns.

Anyone else received an email from NWW stating that they need all customers to resubmit their records at no cost to you by either faxing, emailing, or sending them COD??

Yes, I received that email. Mine says that they have shredded some of the paper records and everyone needs to send in new ones. There is also a link to download a physician form if you don't have current records, but the link doesn't appear to work. It takes me to a "page cannot be displayed" message. It says that if you take the form to the Dr. NWW will give you the price of the doctor visit in a credit towards the next consult, with evidence of the payment. It also says that someone will be calling from NWW to verify that I recieved this email.
