When I emailed about the missing items, it sounded like it was a shock to him as well. I too have never received orders broken up from him.
He said he would contact the "new" pharmacy immediately to find out what's up.
Without going into detail about the new packaging method, I can say it had plenty of room for my entire order.
I'm still waiting for a response about the missing items and their ETA. I've been waiting a month and a half for my order.
I know he'll come through. Fritz is an honest guy... but how long will I have to wait?? another month???

Good evening. Order xxxx has gone to the pharmacy, and they will be packaging this week and sending hopefully by the weekend. I will write you next week with the tracking number; this pharmacy claims to provide tracking numbers within 48 hours of sending; we shall see. Order xxxx is among those due to be submitted to the pharmacy next week, with tracking numbers expected the following week. Thank you.
This is what I got from HLM the order was Jan 10th....whAT'S up they have never taken so long, I live in Ca and waiting time has been 9 to 14 days not 3 weeks plus. MiG
What does he mean by "this" pharmacy have they changed?

They are using an overseas pharmacy now. Also, it comes via the opposite coast.

Yeah this is exactly what I am talking about. I have to say our orders are definitely longer and it looks like even for those on the old Coast(let's just say very near to the old place)will be experiencing delays like never before. I kind of got the same email with less details. Thanks for posting it. My last order was over a month and this one is approaching a month. I am kind of dissapointed, but just like when there was no cc merchant we shall have to see how this works out. Seems ALOT more complicated, if you know what I mean.

They said that the former supplyer past away and that they
got behind on orders because there was nobody to take his place.They say that they have new suppliers and orders will
get out faster than before.

One often wonders if they are simply ordering online and re-shipping. I know their shipping times took about a month.. but are you saying it's longer now? Wow..

I finally got a tracking number today and am expecting delivery in a few days. finally my order is on its way ....

My order from Dec 10th came today. All intact and sealed bottles. The products and service are great just hope they get the delay issue fixed.

Just wanted to say that Fritz is great and very responsive. They are in transition regarding shipping issues but he'll work with you to get the meds. And if he doesn't, he'll refund your money. This is the best site to receive meds.

I wish I could say the same... Maybe more reviews will convince me. I stopped using them after the month shipping. There are other IOP's that don't take that amount of time - especially with HLM being US-based. If they can get back to their 2 week shipping, I'm certain they'll see an increase in customers.
