What happened? Did you follow up with Woody and ever get this resolved? If you never received your medication, was your credit card refunded?

how did you order. the e-mail system does not always work. I recently had a problem getting a refill, called and resolved the problem. They are good people.

I find this hard to believe. Perhaps the poster is confused, as you don't place an order with Woody's, unless you need your refill prescribed to you by a doctor unaffiliated with Woody's.

woodys is great! does anyone know the waith between refills for norcoworldwide.woodys filled mine early...but next month will fill it 4 days later. that is awesome. my friend has norco and nothing says how long to wait for refills!! anyone know??? thanks a bunch..

NWW requires 25 days. You count the day after the date on the bottle as day one.

Exactly. I've always found Woody Pharmacy to be professional and extremely service oriented when I was using YOD. I simply can't imagine calling them to place a refill order and then being billed without receiving the order...or not following up if such a thing happened. I'd really like to hear the rest of the story.

I don't understand the questions regarding NWW in the Woody's thread. Is NWW now using Woody's as one of their pharmacies? I hope this is not the case, because you know Woody's will probably go down the toilet if they get hooked up with an outfit like NWW (just like everything that NWW touches). If they're now hooked up with NWW, bye-bye to the great customer svc at Woody's.

I would agree with Roxanne. Woody's is by FAR the creme of the crop in OP world. If NWW gets their grubby, greedy hands into Woody's there is a good chance that you can Kiss them goodbye.
Why in the world would Woody want to get involved with such a shady group of people???

I have nothing but WONDERFUL and GREAT things to say about Woody Pharmacy. I have never had a problem with Woody's, they always come through when they tell me, they always respond to my emails, and correct any med count errors, which only happened twice (which is great since I know that they have 1000s of customers!).

Dear Woodys,
Will you guys be able to provide serice to NC residents. We feel at a disadvantage. Please try to use some good old NC thinking to help your fellow statespeople. Any help or advice is welcome. Your NC "feeling like home" is strongly missed.

Trying to find pricing on hydro 10/500 120 ct. from Woody's. Can't find it anywhere. Can someone direct me to where I might find this or maybe post it? Thanks and have a good one all.

use them for awhile have been great, however recently my last refill did not arrive, called to find out what was up, they said it has been sent and signed for to an adress in Maryland, problem being I live in Oregon???? They are now doing research for the problem.. My guess is that they messed up and the address in Maryland is for someone who has a name similar to mine, maybe off by one initial. RIght now I am out the refill and worst the cost of the refill. Of course who ever recieved it signed for it and has kept it.

Does anyone know if they changed their reference number procedure again? I had a YOD consult on Friday and was supposed to have Monday delivery...but so far, no Quantum UPS notification and nothing by their usual reference number (I tried LASTNAMEzipcode and FIRSTINITIALLASTNAMEzipcode). Woody's has never dropped the ball w/ me, but this is a first. Thanks.

Well, no one responded to my above post, but they actually did drop the ball on me this time. My consult with YOD was around noon on Friday 1/28. My last refill had been 12/27. I just called Woody's and they stated that not enough days had passed and that my actual refill date was Saturday 1/29. I don't get it....33 days is suddenly not long enough between refills? If a rep from Woody's reads this can you please explain this? Getting the order tomorrow is not a huge deal to me right now, except that I paid for overnight and this does not make sense to me.

Update on above post. Because of the incident last month, Woody's has given me a discount on my next order. They are STILL top notch!
