You (usually) have to document that your problem is chronic; whereas most tooth and/or dental pain is acute.
Now, if you do in fact have a chronic condition with your teeth, and it's documented in your records, then you shouldn't have much problem. A regular dentist, in recognizing your chronic problem, would probably recommend you to a specialist and/or oral surgeon - if you simply have a root canal that you've been putting off - well, I just don't think that will work (I don't know your problem - just trying to give you some insight).

Hi Everyone,
If anyone does have specific questions ( questions that are individualized such as many of the questions here), please e-mail or give us a call because many of these questions are per patient questions based on the individuals records, etc.. of which we cannot answer on a public board because we do not have the information needed to provide a definate answer. Dental records are difficult because most of the ones that we have received are records that should be treated by either the regular dentist or oral surgeon and are accute problems. That does not mean that we will never treat problems such as these but, you would need to e-mail us and possihly send your records first so that we can let you know if it is situation that we can help with. Sometimes, the records are too old meaning that even a visit 6 months ago, does not show a "chronic" conditiion. We try to stay with regulations and there are just Dental problems that our managing Physician does not feel are treatable with a Medical Physician
We do treat quite a few " TMJ " patients but, they also have other medical problems along with the TMJ.
Please just e-mail with any specific personalized medical questions and we are here to answer them for you the best we can.
Have a great holiday everyone!!
Kathy

Hi
Yes, BiWise is 25 days from the day AFTER it was filled so, you would start counting from the day after the last fill date.
Hope you all have a great holiday!!

HI Everyone!!!
Thanks everyone for another great year!!!
WE are making a small change with Credit cards beginning this year.
WE are going to still allow you to provide another persons credit card ( at our discretion) HOWEVER, you must provide a written permission from the person that the credit card belongs to along with a copy of the credit card front and back.
Please fax the above with your paperwork for your request for a consult.
WE do prefer that you have your own credit card which there are many options available for prepaid visa cards and we also accept paypal.
Please make sure to provide the needed information at the time that you send in your paperwork.
thanks
Kathy

Hi Everyone,
Youronlinedoctor WILL be offering something a little fun to all free members to participate in.
When I return from a few days off this month, I will post what we are going to offer.
Please watch the boards towards the end of the month ( probably the last week of January).
*** I am NOT promoting the VIP section BUT, I will let all free members know that YOD is offering some really neat chances to win different items. Maybe talk to some of your friends that are VIP members and they can fill you in.
Right now, we are offering a great Gift card to one lucky person everyday this week.
Just something to think about. We are also going to be offering several more months of a really exciting "giveaway" to the VIP members. One person per week or month ( have not decided yet).
Take care,
Kathy

i sent you 2 pms quite a while ago but i haven't gotten a response from you. if you never received them, i'd be more than happy to resend them again. only difference is i have to renew my vip membership w/in a few days, otherwise the info in the message is still correct. will you be more likely to get the message if i mail you directly through yod?
tia.
sincerely, angel

HI AngelWolf
Actually, I have posted on here that it is best to e-mail me ( I do not get on the boards often so, I thought that I turned my PM off because I prefer the e-mail as our patients ( or people with quesitons) do get answered much quicker though e-mail as I just don't have a lot of extra time for the message boards and I was getting way too many PM's and could not keep up with them!!!
So yes, please e-mail us at::
with any specific questions. Also, becuase of the privacy issue, e-mailing is the better way to answer questions as I am not comfortable with PM's and the privacy act.
Feel free to e-mail anytime,
Kathy

Hi Everyone,
Youronlinedoctor will begin immediately providing all "drugbuyer free member" YOD patients ( AND ANY NEW PATIENTS whom are 100% permanately disabled an additional $10 discount ( $20 total).
What we need with your consult request is the following faxed with your consult request:
1) Your request for a consult paperwork( along with the paperwork that you received stating that you are 100% permanately disabled.
2) Proof of your Total and Permanent disability ( must be on the letterhead stating that you are 100% disabled).
I have given this a lot of though as we do have some patients who are 100% disabled and hopefully, this will enable you to request your consult with a little help financially from YOD.
So, you will receive $20 off along with the 3 refills.
THE CODE FOR THOSE WHO DO FALL WITHIN THIS DISCOUNT PLEASE USE THIS CODE FOR ALL CONSULTS, NOT JUST YOUR FIRST CONSULT BUT ALL CONSULTS EVEN THOUGH WE WILL HAVE YOUR PAPERWORK ON FILE:
DBFREEX20DIS
This is important because we will know to look for the disability paperwork.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at:
PLEASE do not try to PM me as I do not have my PM turned on ( not enough time as I was receiving way too many to handle all of the PM"S).
Hope you all had a great weekend!!

Hi Everyonne,
From Feb. 14th - Feb. 29th, Youronlinedoctor will be giving all Free drugbuyer members a $15 discount off your consult ( the normal for the free members is $10)
Please make sure that you put this code in the discount code box above your shipping address ( the shipping and billing form) in the discount code line " DBFREEX15".
This will entitle you to a $15 discount off your consult and of course we offer 3 refills plus your original prescription!!
" YOU MUST have ordered your last refill in order to request a new consult "

Hi everyone,
I wanted to make sure that everyone from the free board is seeing this message that we are providing a $15 discount vs. a $10 discount through the end of February. The code you must use is: DBFREEX15
We have had some of our patients that have requested consults who are not using the above code to receive the extra $5 off their consult.
Just a reminder as it does save you a little more!!
Hope all had a great weekend :-)
Kathy
