Dallas,

I've never had a problem logging in. Do you have that problem only with their site or with other sites of any type that require a login?

Very hard to troubleshoot this kind of problem. Are you using Internet Explorer on Windows?

Things to try:

1) Tools|Internet Options|Delete Cookies, Delete Temporary Internet Files

2) Tools|Reset Web Options

3) Start|Settings|Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs, Select Internet Explorer, try "Repair" option

4) Download Netscape and try

5) Try from someone else's PC

Chances are your PC, like so many others is infested with adware and spyware which has damaged your Internet Explorer installation. If you are using a Macintosh, that could be the problem too.

stay away from this op , they are too expensive and you have go to a porta medic and get an exam (this cost me $100) , even if you have extensive records, also they usually only want to give 1 refill, i would go with youronlinedoc, medsmadesimple, or yourpainmanagement in my opinion these are some of the best if you have good records

I would HIGHLY suggest that you stay away from this OP. They were one of the first ones I used...YEARS ago...and YES...they are unethical. First, I should say, the girl in the office (I believe she also owns this OP) was a sweetheart--soooo nice and efficient...but this didn't last. After a while she, along with others that had been hired, were rude, always in a hurry, snobbish, really could make you feel like something that was scraped off the bottom of their shoe), etc. Second, I don't know about right now but this was an OP famous for only 2 refills. (I liked the doc--he was wonderful (Dr. Keinzle) and he would give me 3 refills because, along with my 2 bulging disks and rheumatoid arthritis, I also have ulcerative colitis and therefore am unable to take things like Ibuprofin or other NSAIDs (if I were to run short on the hydro). I went to order my refill one day and the website said I had only 1 refill, not 2. Immediately I called the office and the girl tried to tell me I had only 1 refill remaining. I tried explaining the doc had given me three refills and that should be in the files (I was going to call the doc if the number was still in my Caller ID--I KNOW he'd have remembered me). Anyway, after I told her my bottle said 2 refills she said she'd check with the pharmacy (J&M at that time) and call me back--which she did--and said they told her they very often make typos. I was so mad I wanted to choke her (kind of hard to do over the phone) so I called the pharmacy...they confirmed that yes, indeed I had 2 refills and they had never said such a thing! I asked her if she would call YFD and speak to whoever it was I spoke to--I don't remember now who it was--and so I got my 2 refills in the end. They did other things also, for instance, waiting till it was time for my 1st refill (a couple days before Xmas) to inform me that they would not release them until I had a portamedic exam...[what kind of s___ is that!!@$?#?!]. So, there was always something--some sort of BS--going on with them along with their "pleasant personalities." "ATTITUDE" is what it was. There is no pain great enough that would cause me to go back to this OP.

Just to let everyone know. I have been using Your Friendly Doc for about 3 years and would never go anywhere else. They have been the best online source for meds I have ever used. Their doctor is allright and friendly, their support is the best I have seen and they have always been up front with me about their procedures for getting meds. I have ordered Norco from them and only encountered one problem last year when they changed Pharmacies but they emailed me to let me know that refills will be done when the changes took place. Every refill has been sent to me overnight andon time every time. I have used other online places before and never had the service I get with Your Friendly Doc. By the way, this is my first post and wanted to let you all know that if you use these guys you will not be disappointed. They may be a little more expensive then the rest but they are efficient and, in my opinion, professional. I never have problems getting into the site and never encountered any problems when I call them via their customer service number. If anyone has any questions about them just let me know. One last thing, I get 60 Norco 10/325 for 60 dollars and they charge 30 for the overnight servce. They have morning delivery and Saturday delivery for extra.

Pete,

It's almost eerie. Your experience and mine are almost identical with YFD, even the 3 years part. I wouldn't go anywhere else either.
