this company suck!!!
They take your money
they lie to you.
you never recieve the meds.
And the they ignore you.
THEY SHOULD BE ON THE BLACK LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was ~10 for 10 last year. i lost one order from Dec, but delivered a jan order in 2-3 weeks. they have had to substitute DHC orders with purdetas (50mg codeine), waiting for delivey of one such order atm.

susan, no not yet. but i got a VTS message from donna explaining the exchange had priority processing, same shipping time (2-4 weeks typical).

Same story with me. These guys have become a complete ripoff. I have been a long time customer of over three years and you would think that I should deserve better treatment......WRONG! In the last six months they have lost/not shipped/or stolen my last two shipments and shorted me on quanity on one I had to pay twice on to get it shipped. My seeming patience has become my own foolishness.
I just could not believe that a once reliable company could self destruct in such a short time. Amazing what greed can accomplish. DB please blacklist these stinking weasels.

Go to www.gigapharma.com I just got my order in 4 days from order and they are in Europe, I am in California. The prices are better than pharmatico as well. I used to be a good customer if theirs but I had the same experience and it took me forever to find GIGA but it is well worth it!!

The attitude in thier e.mails was nothing short of patronising and sarcastic. BLACK LIST THE GREEDY SWINES.

Some times you have to "crow " on and on because they shouldn't be able to get away with it. Also some times posts go unnoticed , people should be warned.
When i first posted a complaint about this company i wasn't aware of any other posts, I just wanted to make sure the message got out there..... isn't this what the site is about??

HI CATBOY2. WELL I WILL TELL YOU. I WAS NOT SCREWED BY THEM DURING THE TIME THAT I ORDERED; AS WAS GETTING ALL THE PRODUCTS THAT I ORDERED. AND THEN AFTER I HAD MANY ORDERS THAT CAME, SOME OF THE ORDERS DID NOT COME. AT THAT TIME, I DID NOT MAKE ANY ORDERS, FOR YOU SEE I WAS NOT GETTING ORDERS DELIVERED, AND DID NOT WANT TO GET SCREWED. SO YOU SEE I DID LEARN THE FIRST TIME, AND IT DOES MAKE SENSE. THANK YOU CATBOY2.
and just to make it clear, again. like everyone else that gets results i support a vendor. and just like everyone else, when things don't get delivered i get suspicious and stop ordering. and when it has become sufficiently clear that i am not going to receive my orders then i post to DB that i do not recommend anyone else ordering from them. and i do this once, for the one time i didn't get my order, like i do i once for each time that i do get an order.
having said that. you will find my recommendations on other vendors in other threads. as i have no further interest in pharmatico, this is all i need say in this, or any other pharmatico related thread.

I want to do my part in keeping this post at the top of the pile. Pharmatico should be BLACKLISTED. They are a complete waste of your time. Placed order on 10/12, STILL NO DELIVERY. To any who read this, spend your hard-earned money elsewhere! These folks used to be reliable, but they've gone down the tubes like so many others.

Placed two orders this year, both got to me just fine, but one of them was somewhat delayed. They are still ok in my book.

good luck to you. they were fine for me until the medicines didn't show up; then they basically 'cut you loose'.
i did not receive seziure letters for 3 insured shipments. they wouldn't reship them. they offered to let me reorder them at 'cost' (which wasn't much of a discount). at that point there were reliable alternatives with competative prices. i wasn't going to throw good money after bad.
edit: and yes, i recommended them in the face of the same cautionary tales at the time they were delivering, same as you. but i got burned. and as you can see so did everyone else given enough time... no matter how many orders you make they don't give anyone a break, or special treatment.
