Anyone have a list of compassionate docs in Mexico

I have travelled to Mexico a few times and I do not mean border towns. I am wondering if anyone may go on a regular basis and know of one or several compassionate and understanding doctors that might be worth a trip down there to visit. I am looking along the lines on one cpmpassionate to pain management. I am not interested in Oxy as it is not available there. I am also interested in interior areas as opposed to border towns. I am thinking that with all the US citizens living the winters in places like San Miguel de Allende that this is not a difficult bit of information to obtain if someone cares to share it.

compassionate that is (SP) . Money will make the difference beetween Tylex or OC down there.

I appreciate the offer but I am looking for a doctor or pharmacy that is very compassionate. I suspect that there probably are several people that fit into this category. I really do not want to go down to Mexico and "shop" around. I would much prefer a contact that someone has dealt with before and preferably several times. I am also looking for someone compassionate enough to realize that it is near impossible for me to visit every month and would be willing to work with me.
