Anything you want to know about the Border Patrol...just ask..Ive been researching them for years and can tell you and show you things that would make you vomit...I am heavily involved in immigration, undocumented workers here in the US, and helping people learn English as a 2nd language..my husbands extended family are Mexican immigrants and we both are very passionate about the subject. There is a new trend of Middle easterners dressing like Hispanic males, shaving their heads and coming across the border from Mexico into Tx and AZ with alot of actual hispanics...so to look like them..but they are few and far between....this topic is sure to become very heated,and because it is sensitive, I will stay very general on the public board.

My son's wife is Hispanic - Colombian - and I have an Uncle that was in immigration for years - from one border to the other - is retired now.
Hoever, I take issue with this middle eastern bit - because I firmly belive we have villified middle easterners in the name of OIL - if Arabs didn't sit on almost all the oil in the world - it would be a totally different story - and I also don't believe that a dozen or so Arabs who went to some cockamamie flight school in FL pulled off the most sophisticated operation that ever was - 911. For those of you who believe that I have this bridge here in NYC that I will sell you VERY cheaply!

Thank you BC. I'm a native Texan and know a lot of people that work with and as border patrol. I guess lablady thinks that I just made this up. I've known about it for some time through friends but it was all over the talk radio recently. So I thought it would be an interesting subject as there is going to be a lot more about it released to the public now.
