The show The Practice was about a doctor taking care of someone with meds that FDA
Had not said ok to not it was not pain meds but they talked about how doctors should be able to say what is good and not the government even thow it was not pain meds it is nice to see a show talk about the actor also said that if they should tell the doctor he cloud not have the meds needed to live a good life he would still take it nice to see something close to good for us

Yeah I saw it. It's about time something good is on tv about ordering meds online. Usually it's bad news though

The show is called Boston Legal, it's by the same guy (David Kelley) that worked on LA Law, Allie McBeal and a spinoff of The Practice.
No references were made to buying online. The show was about a doctor who gave a patient a non-FDA drug..as if that would really happen! All the meds discussed were prescribed by face doctors.
The point they were trying to make was that thousands and thousands of prescription drugs were being used for reasons not indicated in the FDA studies...like doctors prescribing aspirin as a heart attack preventative rather than the uses the FDA approved aspirin for.
This show was NOT about online med purchasing, but the way Kelley's shows always draw story lines from current events it's only a matter of time before the OP issue comes up...let's just hope they handle it with compassion.
BTW I'm not really a TV watcher I just happen to like this guy's shows...I refuse to waste time on shows like Survivor, American Idol, or Trump's Chumps either!

I just wanted to publicly thank lincoona for succinctly stating the facts, clearing the air, and admitting (rightfully so) that reality tv bites. Sorry if that offends U, but it takes time, money, real actors, real writers, REAL TALENT, to produce good drama , comedy etc. I know I'm an old dude who probably has no biz commenting on current "entertainment" anymore than I could comment intelligently on rap, but I know what I like, sorry about the tangent, couldn't help myself. I'll stop now, thanks for putting up with me, good luck to all, J

LOL... Now doesn't that make it an opinion instead of a fact?? I'm an old dude too and I think most of the reality stuff is [censored], but I do like Survivor, The Amazing Race and Big Brother. Yeah I know it's like watching a train wreck, but a lot of the shows with real actors, real writers etc. etc. bite as well.. Anyways this thread is misplaced and should not be in the op discussion area..

I would just like to state, for the record, that there hasn't been anything worth a [censored] on TV since "Green Acres."

Gandlof, thank you so much for the laugh, you know it's like watching a train wreck, at least you are comfortable enough with yourself to admit what you like (and why). . . I am not a TV fan of any sort, too much time to read books, paint, exercise or spend time with my daughter... Reality TV is so far from reality it's scary. Let those jokers spend a day in my life and see what "reality" is all about. I heard a joke once that they would be making a reality show with a bunch of men having to juggle, home, work, dinner, kids, soccer, etc. Now that would be a train wreck for sure (sorry if I offend any working dads out there) not my intent. this is just MHO... LOOK, BROMO, emb708 has some problems, with health and life, but thank God and the Spirits NOT with Sarcasm and ignorance towards other people. Good God Grow up!!
If you can't be nice enough to at least say something positive, how about writing it on a piece of paper and reading it to yourself, if you want to insult someone?

Viper I will stand up for you till the end, my friend, pecan
