So I made an order early tuesday and their site says shipped out that day. I go and track my order yesterday and it say BI was recieved that day but it still hasn't moved. I check today and lo-and-behold still in BIR. So I call UPS they say it hasn't been picked-up and to make sure shipper really sent it out but that it's sced. for delivery tommorrow. I sent oceanpills an e-mail w/ my problem that I'm still waiting for. UPS says I have to get ahold of shipper for them to get info to UPS for a tracer (what's a tracer, how does that work?) and that I'm basically screwed if it doesn't get here tommorrow. If it doesn't then I won't get my order until atleast next tuesday because of MLK day, which BTW I"m not paying for. I'll keep you updated if it gets here. Man do I hate UPS, I always have problems w/ them, I wish all OP's would just ship fedex, their 2-day has always been next day early AM for me. Is this happening to anyone else?

If it is in BIR...then it isn't UPS's fault..it is the shippers because they have only printed the label and they have not actually had UPS pick it up yet..this is a common practice for this NROP and all others...they print the label..it has generally been taking them about 2 days of sitting in BIR at the pharm. before UPS acutally picks it up. UPS generally updates by 10pm and you should have an origin scan once its picked up. YOu might have one tonight if you check after 10..i know that doesnt help you much when you need your meds..but thats all I can tell you. A tracer is when you have them trace the pkg.but that isnt necessary in your case because it was never in UPS possession. and now UPS requires all tracers to come from the shipper and not the reciepient. and you have to tell them EXACTLY what is in the pkg and go through all this riggormaro...just wait.I bet it will move tonight..Ill cross my fingers for ya!

To tell you the truth I think that they're pobably out and just did what you said to make it look like everythings OK, thanks for the info, but like I said, if it doesn't come by tommorrow I'm not paying for it.

yeah..they did that to me..well extremelane did which Im told is a sister site to Oceanpills. I had a tracking # on the 4th and it sat in BIR for a week until they delivered it...before that people were posting that they got theres overnight.so I also think they were out when I ordered and when they got it in they shipped it.

Like the other posters said, the problem is with the shipper. Not UPS in this case. The only way you can be absolutely sure is to contact the shipper and then conference call the pharmacy... I realize how likely that scenario is but it is the only way you can be absolutely sure. Anyhow, good luck and sorry to hear your order was goofed up.

I have to add that although it is most likely the shipper, it can also be UPS. I had an order from an OP that stayed in BIR, and I called and the shipper had sent it, but UPS had no record of it. They initiated a trace, because the OP is 100% sure it went out, and then they had to send a replacement. So whatever happens, I hope it all works out for you, and soon.

Well I just checked my order today and it didn't go out until 8:30 last night (13th). I made that order on the 11th, which is when it says they shipped, UPS says they didn't get the BI until the 12th, but the fact that it hasn't moved until last night is unacceptable. I'd call and ask UPS for a refund but I know it'd get me nowhere. Also oceanpills has no CS whatsoever. I sent them 2 e-mails yesterday and they have not replied back, even to the one where I told them if my order doesn't get by tomorrow I'm not paying for it. But hey, what do they care? Their getting plenty enough money from other people that insignificant old me doesn't matter. Last time I do business w/ them, even though I'm sure UPS is to blame, still, they could've gotten back w/ me. Peace, Bromo.

My brother-in-law just received his order from ocean pills. He ordered yesterday and received overnight.It stayed in bir overnight,then this morning it said rescheduled delivery for jan.14and was on truck for delivery.He did pay for overnight also.All accounted for,watsons.

Bromo...Im telling you...its NOT UPS...trust me..& I HATE ups..but this is the standard practice of the OP you are using...it even says so on their FAQ's that they issue everyone a tracking # but that doesnt mean it has actually been filled and shipped by the Pharm.It also says that normal turnaround time on an order is 24hrs before the tracking # is active.This OP and all is sister sites typically do this..they take the order, it sits in BIR for about a day and half to 2 days, then the tracking # becomes active once UPS picks it up.IF they have plenty of the med you ordered it might possibly go out the same day..but most of the time its day 2.

Definitely not UPS.
If www.oceanpills.com uses the same pharmacy and doctor as another website that you have placed an order within the last 25 days the doctor may deny your prescription or the pharmacy may not fill it until your refill date?
Just a thought?

gees people just use a reliable op and stop messing with these crooks. It is just as easy....trust me. You won't have these problems anymore.
