Question re Records for OP

I went to the ER two days ago with a severely sprained ankle. (And it hurts worse than a fracture would!) If I use those records, can I use a records OP? (The reason I use hydro isn't because of an ankle injury - it's fibromyalgia & endometriosis)

NO, OP's usually want records for a long term illness, a sprained ankle is a temp thing so I don't think it will help. Now if you have recent documentation about your fibro or endo those would be good enough for a records op. Hope this helps.
