I have found that if I take Soma on an empty stomach then it works really well although it does make me sleepy. The relife comes and goes VERY quickly for me. If, I have eaten, however, it has no effect at all.

I've heard that it works best if you take it on an empty stomach, but then eat something about 15 min after taking it.

Ya...take it on an empty stomach and then eat a snack/small meal ~ 10-15 later and it will kick in the Soma very nicely....

If I take one on a more full stomach, it takes longer to kick in, like an hour or so.

i have never done heroin either but if a hydro/soma is what its like, people are really wasting their time n money-though it works wonders for pinched cervical nerves...
