Once upon a time, someone posted a website that you could I.D. pills at for free (if I recall it was orange book or something). Does anyone have this website address? Thanks!!!

There is a website called rxlist.com that has a pill ID search. I know there are others, but don't know the address (www.drugs.com maybe?). If you post the imprint #'s, someone on the board can ID them for you.

Oh, and this board has a list of links - try there.

As hb99 pointed out there are a host of websites that id pills. One is idthispill.com.

Thanks for the reply. I tried drugs.com and found what I was looking for. However, now I don't know if I have the right pill. I ordered 2 mg of alpralozam (generic Xanax). They are Geneva brand. The bars are white and have GG 249 listed on them and are scored only on one side. In the picture it has the GG 249 horizontally instead of vertically like my pills are and there are scoring on both sides of the pill (front and back)? Do you think what I have is okay?

2mg xanax bars should be scored in .50mg increments. So you should have a rectangle shaped pill with 3 scores on one side.

If they are white sticks with GG249 then they are 2mg. Alprazolam made by Sandoz.

The GG 249 2mg "Bars" have three scores, so you can cut into quarters.
Sounds like you have something else
