Has any one gotten anything from this IOP latly?I order around Dec 16 and go a an e-mail to confrim my order,and another Dec 20th to say it was shipped. I hace writen them many e-mail since then and have not gotten a repond. There is still time for my order to show up,but they do not have very good CS.The werid thing is they just charged my CC yesterday.I hope i do get my order because i would like to post a good post about them,but for now its up in the air.I 'll see if they repond to my new e-mail before i really start too get worried.

I think i might be just over reactioning.I did a search on the site on the DB search and found good post about this company.I was just posting under the wrong section i guess. One that nobody really reads.I think i'm just getting stress because I'm about to run out of meds and have to go out of town a few days.Plus, I want to be able to sleep at night.If the meds do come and do work well.I will use this IOP again.They still have pretty good prices.I just hate running out,but thats not their cause.I'll keep everybody informed

You are over reacting. It's only been 13 days since it was shipped. It should arrive soon, don't worry.
I ordered from them a month or so ago and they came through with no problems.

Thanks i am over reacting .I guess it's just part of my stress disorder and i'm sure my package will come.I'll just chill and wait.Plus i know mail is slow this month.Thank god for DB's and the helpful people that post

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE..NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TOO WAIT FOR AN ORDER LONGER THEN A WEEK AND MOST PLACES SHIP IN 2-3 DAYS ..FURTHERMORE I WOULDNT ORDER WITH A CC..BEST WAY TOO GO IS COD..I MAKE SURE ITS IN THERE BEFORE I EVEN GIVE THEM THE MONEY ORDER..YA NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY COMPANIES ARE SENDING YA..I HAD A FRIEND WHO HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE . SHE PAID FOR VICODIN AND WAS SENT IBPROFIN ,SHE PAID GOOD MONEY FOR IT AND WHEN SHE WENT TOO CONTACT THE COMPANY THEY WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE..SO BUYERS BEWARE ...

This a IOP and shipping takes a week up to 30 days.I have been waitng 16 days for my order and wondering where it is.I wrote them an e-mail and they say it was shipped on the Dec 20th.There it goes out the door there a week to 15 days to you get your order.I wrote them and was told it would come this week or the next.If comes at the end of next week that will almost be 30.

Please keep in mind that your order was placed and shipped during the busiest time of year for postal delivery services.
Also, since the date that your order was shipped, Dec. 20th., there have been three postal statuatory holidays(closures)for Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years.
Every time that I have ordered from Equimeds, my confirmation of shipment e-mail from them has clearly stated to expect to receive my order within 21 days. So far, my orders from this company have arrived within 21 to 25 days and I have been satisfied with their service.
I have also recently(within the last week or so)placed another order with Equimeds and have received my confirmation of shipment e-mail from them stating the usual 21 day wait for my order but considering that the holiday season is barely over and also taking into account recent tragic events going on in the world, I will not be surprised if my order takes longer than 21 days to arrive.
I know it's hard to be patient when you are running low on meds(been there, done that many times)but Equimeds will come through for you.

I'm sure they will come through for me.I have seen many good post on them.Its just the first time i used them and you know how that is until you look in the mail and there it is.Yes ,and their mailing system could have been effected last week in India.I think that is where they are located.I guess i have to take all these things into account.By the when and what is boxing day.Also they might tell you 21 days because you live in Canada and the mail probably takes longer,but who knows with this screwy mailing system.
