Is anyone else out there having problems with ERS and getting your refills? They have stuck me in the back all last week. I called them on Monday and they told me they could get my meds out Tuesday so I would recieve them Wed. Well that never happened, so I called them again on Wed. and they NEVER got back with me. So again on Thurs. I called and the girls told me that the pharmacies fax was down and I would recieve my meds for sure on Fri. Well guess what, NOT!!! Now the girl at ERS said she will look into it first thing Monday morning to find out why the pharmacy is not sending out my meds. Am I the only one who isnt recieving my stuff?

Yes plenty of people here have had a hard time getting their fills or not getting them at all.
Just go back and read the whole thread from post #1.
Best thing for you to do, is call the pharmacy yourself (the # is on your bottle) and tell them to end out your refill.
Good luck! And stop using ERS, they suck hard!

Please do not order from these people, they are crooks!! Took advantage of the free meds last month. Sent records, got meds, everything was fine or so I thought. When I went order my refill today, trouble! I talked to a guy and said I wanted a refill on the script, it had 2 refills on it. He asked what it was that I had gotten before, when I told him, hydros 10/650, he said that they did not carry that and he would fill for 10/325, I said fine, I was a little confused, but fine. As he was asking questions I interrupted him and said why do I have to give you the same info I gave for the original script. He said that all of the meds had to be passed by a doctor so therefore they needed the ht., wt., birthdate, and reason for needing meds, etc. I should have quit there, but I did not....I gave him my CC info. He told me that if I called back with the order number later I would be given a tracking number. Then I got a message thru e-mail thanking me for my order of...get this... 160 Norcos 10/325 foe total of $749.99!! I was shocked. I call the Customer service # and was told that they, ofcourse could not find my Original order and that with the physician consult that was the price! I told the lady I do not want it, do not send this to me and take it off of my CC right now, I was in tears. She said blah, blah..take off, blah, blah 2 weeks..., I really did not hear her clearly. I have called my CC company and said that I wanted to dospute the charge and I have to call them back on Weds.
I am sorry this so long, but please, please heed my warning, STAY AWAY FROM EXPRESS RELIEF.

I did call the pharmacy using the # on my rx bottle. A very nice lady said that if I was an Express customer I had to go thru them. Hhm! After my experience it sounds like some one is pocketing money from the orders before the pharmacy gets it. I do not know exactly how that would be done, but I am sure these guys are not on the up and up.

I have been trying to get my refill since last thursday...called then and was told to call back on monday they would have my file on there desk and would get my refill out to my by tuesday...so i call yesterday and after the 100th time finally somone answers and i get told they would call me back...luckily i did get a call back about 3 hours later and everything seem to be going fine...i was told i would get another call letting me know my tracking number...never got that one..so i call back today (tuesday)since my package was suppose to be here early morning but not here....i finally get through and get told they would call me back again after they looked through yesterdays orders...i guess i will give it another couple hours and call again and see if anything ever came up...so far this place refill service sucks...

Well....I called for my refills on monday and just got them via UPS. Last time it was from FedEx. All the hydro was accounted for, but I was SUPPOSE to get 60 xanax and only got 30..which sucks! I went to the website and read where if your count is short or the pills are crushed, after you have signed for the package..they can't send the missing pills. I never even thought to open the package and count every friggin pill, while the guy waits for my money order. I had good service from Express last time..maybe someone in UPS got them or someone in the pharmacy doesn't know how to friggin read & count. I am pissed.

I am one of those people that stick up for express relief since I had no problem my first time ordering.,ordered my yesterdayrefill and received it today. ups. All accounted for. I do want to mention that I spoke with Krissy and let her know alot of people were very unhappy with their service. She said they were very busy and I told her that was not a good excuse for doing what they're doing and told her to read the threads. She probably does already,but I did let her know their rep is going down the tubes. I think the best way to get their attention is to email them letting them know you want your refill. write down your name,phone # and refill # and what it is. (if you have refill#>)Let them know you don,t want to go thru the [censored] others have gone thru that you READ ABOUT. I think this gets them on their toes. Its the best thing to do especially if you can't get thru on the phone,but I would do it either way. The email with all the info about you really moves it right along and so do the mentioned complaints of others. It worked for me. Good luck

Ok...thanks. I will try that. Do they read their e-mails? I'll try and find out. I hope they will. I don't mind losing a few pills..but half of my order? I can't handle that.
I need those for my panic attacks. Like I said...I was impressed with Express Services with my first script...they were fast and everything went great. When I called for refills..the girls were all really nice and helpful. I don't think the shortage was really Express's fault...probably someone in the pharmacy...but if I am short...they should make sure I get the pills I am shorted of, since I did order from them and also for them to continue to have and keep a good rep...if you know what I mean

I have to reply as well. I used them last month because of the free meds with first time users.... It was fine and everything was great. Well- a week before Christmas they called and asked me to fax records. I was gone so I faxed them 2 weeks ago. I called on Friday of that week and told them I faxed all 7 pages. They said they had no idea- put me on hold for 40 min and someone came on and said she would have to hang me up I was pushing the phone line. They never called back. Then I called Mon-Tues every 5 minutes and they finally answered and gave me the run around. During the days I also e-mailed several times- bugged the heck out of me.
Finally I got them and they said it would go out- it did but 2 days after the fact.
Problems: no phone answering unless you call 80 times right in a row. no email answering- even when I threatened to right a bad review here, lying about delivery dates.... and some other stuff. Worst of which was that they fed ex'd before- last month they switched to UPS- they didn't tell me and I had them held at FEDEX hub! UPS helped get them to me that morning- but it was hard. Then this month - I told them that the address had to change- they said yes- even when I called last night they said it was changed... NOPE- it was not. I chased around the UPS guy for 3 hrs this morning because it was a COD. I will not be home this afternoon because of doctor appt.
Good thing- I did get them this morning and I believe all accounted for.
So- I give them a 3 out of 10. I will get my last refill but then go back to Ephy.

i saw that holly from express has been posting so i hope she will read this. i am due for a refill in a few days. so i just re-faxed my med.records and i/d once again.also on my first fill i was charged for the meds. and you (holly) stated that on my refill i would only be charged for the shipping.i called and e.mailed with no response. i understand you are busy. so i'm writing this.i will let the board know the outcome and if i'm only charged for shipping.

I e-mailed them about the med shortage and Trudy called me and said she was going to send a fax to the pharmacy to see about the shortage and what they can do....I am still waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully they will be able to send the #30 I was short of, to me.

Hollie I am planning on calling you at 863-297-3396 tomorrow in hopes that I can indeed order my correct refill. As I said before, everyone that I dealt with concerning the original RX were courteous, kind and professional so I would like to stay with ERS. If that number is not the one to call you at, please let me know as I really want this straightened out. This is totally unreal how someone can abuse the OP system and prey on those of us with a ligitimate cause in asking for help.

I am posting here so to let everyone also see that Hollie nor Express Relief Services has nothing to do with this other so-called company. They go by the name of Express-Rx but introduce themselves as "Express" therefore leading one to believe that they are indeed the legit OP (which they are not, as no OP can legally prescribe 160 count of narcotic pain reliever). I also told Hollie that during one conversation with someone there, I asked to speak with Hollie and after aminute someone came on the line and said "this is Hollie". When this person could not answer any of questions regarding Express Relief Services, I knew that they were trying to pull another fast one. So not only do they try and cheat you out of money, they lie too.
I am intent on getting my money and spreading the news that the Express-Rx company is crooked and should be held accountable for all the scamming they have done as well as the headache and heartache they have caused.

I was waiting for the UPS guy to get here before I posted just to be sure it was going to be delivered today. I told you guys that I talked with Hollie yesterday worked everything out. Yes, Hollie is a sweetheart, willing and able to be of help. She accepted my apology for coming off rude in my post to her. She took my refill order, ask me if I wanted Saturday delivery, I said fine and here it is. I could not ask for better customer service. Give this company a chance.

still no refill three and a half wks after it was due. All info was promptly faxed prior to refill date, but they either can not be contacted (usually) or if you luck out and do get someone they can not answer your questions and suggest refaxing all info (good luck getting a fax through to them). I've been around and around w/ this outfit and they are terrible.

I have had good and bad experiences, nothing that was too terrible, but its the "stories and excuses" that they should really stop. I hate when someone attempts to insult my intelligence with a silly lie! Here's a couple of examples..First order was Nov. 20th. It was COD..took 1 week for the Dr. to call, and 8 days to get my meds which were paid for overnight.When it came it was $182. I got the free meds, I did my consult on a saturday, & they charged me for Sat delivery which I did not ask for because thats not even available in my area! they told me they would take that off my next refill..Ok I went to do my refill Wed. I spoke to Crystal, faxed my records that morning..called her about 10 mins later, she said"i was just calling you,I got your records,they are fine,I faxed the pharm and yours will go out today, it will be 142.00, I told her about the $ I was owed and she told me that was right..ok so how the hell can that possibly be right? I could see I was getting nowhere and it was excuse after excuse at it was 12pm, close to pharmacy cutoff time, so I said Ill deal with this later just send them this time"... I was promised a call with tracking # after 5pm...no call ever came. SO at 7pm I called and got some husky voiced girl who didn't have walking around sense..this is where it gets good..I asked her for my #..she told me it didnt got out..I said why??? she said "I DUNNO"no explanation.. I said..um well ya think you can check and see..she said Um this other girl said she saw your name on"the list"so i dont know..Oh they couldnt read your records. I said ohhh no dont even try that. Crystal confirmed my records were good already this morning, she said ohh it wasnt time for your refill,I said OMG you are nuts, ok then when did i order last? she said I dont know...I said you mean you cant see when my last order was? she said oh yeah I forgot, so then she came back and said. I think it said Dec 9th. Well I found my bottle and it was Nov 20th!! which crystal confirmed the next day when she assured me again it would go out after I called her and pitched a fit!! Needless to say I paid for overnight..it came in 2days..they still owe me $49 for the first fill and now I want my $ back or at least some compensation for the shipping and all the lies and excuses..Now..I LOVE hollie..she was who I dealt with the 1st time and she is great, but I think all the customer wants is the truth...stop telling us what you think we want to hear to get us off the ohone and JUST BE HONEST..no matter if its bad news, we could at least prepare ourself! if you shoot straight all the time, even if there are problems your customers will trust you, and know they can count on you..EVEN IF THERE ARE ISSUES..its better to always be honest!!! It could have been worse,granted,it was only 2 days,buts its more about the principal for me.

This was a great company, key word being "was". I believe they have just got too big too fast after the NROP's shut down and they have no idea how to handle it. Maybe they'll figure it out before it's too late. Sorry to hear about the runaround you got Bama.

I couldnt have said it better myself. I am OVER all the excuses & BS. Hollie is the best & when I call & actually get through- I ASK for her. One day she told me that a bunch of new girls were hired & didnt know what they were doing....Well....HERES AN IDEA - TRAIN THEM! I dont even think ERS uses a computer to keep track of everything b/c one day I was speaking to someone & was put on hold (not unusual) so she could go get my "folder"......So they definatly need some organizational help & Hollie needs to get the "new" girls in gear. I really like the prices & quantity but the customer service is BS.

I emailed Express again this morning to find out if they had faxed the pharmacy like they said they were going to do on the 7th, to see if they had heard back about the #30 xanax they owe me, so I am waiting to hear something from them hopefully today.

i'm giving them one last chance. yesterday they were supossed to send out my refill. after trying to contact them for 4 hours hollie finally called. i was one day early for refill. ok but why didnt the pharmacy send it out today. i had to go through all the [censored] again. if i dont get it i will have to have them cancel the remaining refills so i can go to someone else. i wonder how long that will take

I finally got my refill. I had to be very persistent (too persistent). They were helpful when the nrops shut down, but despite having solid recs and sending them in well before my refill was due, it was extremely frustrating trying to get it sent. On a positive note, once the refill order was sent to the pharmacy, it arrived in less than 24 hrs. I guess they were not equipped to handle the volume.

Here is a PM I got from a person that I will keep their name anonymous and a few other personal information about the secret because they asked me too.
One thing I will say is this: STOP USING ERS NOW!
Hi, you don't know me, but I just wanted to share something I know via PM rather than on the boards. I am careful with what I post generally anyway. The continual nitemares w/this place is beyond ridiculous. REMOVED and I became aquaitances during her stay there. She fixed alot of their errors w/care and compassion. I tried using them at the beginning and tried to help w/damage control etc on the board. Anyway..long story short. REMOVED has kept in touch w/me before and after she left..we're pals.
She had to leave because her moral ethics were in complete opposites of what the owner/other employees were all about. She told me that they were only about money. Period..no big shock there.
But what did really worry me is that she told me specifics about a CS person who writes customers CC #'s on 3x5 cards and takes them home. REMOVED knows she can't post this..and honestly didn't ask me to either.
We correspond via her personal email address. But concern about peoples CC safety is apparently at high risk. So that brings me to you..someone I felt I could share this with, and get some advice from.
I don't want our members being put in an unsafe posiition, nor do I! I have no secondary intentions with this issue. I have no revenge in mind...nothing like that. Just this info really bothers me.
REMOVED is really a sweet girl , who is jobless and a single Mom at the moment. I know she left because she just couldn't work in an environment like that. She said Julie and Jet Thomas were the people preventing good CS, and Julie is the one telling others to write customers CC info on the 3x5 cards, and shes the one taking them home.
So there you have it. Thanks for taking the time to read this..like I said I don't post alot, but thought this was important. I read your post and totally understand!

M4A3,I know from your previous posts you have had problems with ers as well as many others have, but to come out and name two cs reps of a company you "heard" is committing fraud is wrong in my opinion. You have no proof of this. Has anyone come forward saying their cc was used improperly? If so,then I would let the accusations swingbut until then I wouldn't be giving out names of people. Its just not right and I know if I worked for that company or any other company and I was innocent of this I would be totally upset with you for posting my name. I'm not sure if this is true about these people or not,but until you have proof its unethical to be giving out names no matter how severe your vendetta is with this company. And NO, I do not work for ers and I am not defending them personally. Its just the moral issue of the whole thing that bothers me.

i talked to hollie about the overcharge right away and had her mark it in my file. after that i only talked to her. the first time i asked for my total they tried to charge me full price but i made sure i talked to hollie and got it right
