Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them and if so, how long did it take to rectify? I had a consult with Express Relief on Thursday night and asked for Saturday shipping since the order wouldn't be filled until Friday. Very smooth btw, with the consult and ordering and everything thus far. So Friday rolls around and in the eve I get a call with my tracking number. All seems good. But it never changes from BIR Friday or Saturday. I wait around until past the guaranteed delivery time and UPS tells me the best thing to do is contact the shipper. I did get ahold of them Sat morning and was told it went out on Friday. So now it's Tuesday and UPS is putting a trace on the package which still shows as BIR and ERS still says was picked up. So I'm not sure what I can do to get this by Thursday before the holiday. Has this ever happened to anyone else and if so, how was it resolved??? thanks.

If it is any relief to you, I ordered from Liberty Meds with Saturday shipping last Friday. Just recieved my package from Fed Ex a few minutes ago this Tuesday. My tracking number still reads Billing Info Recieved. I called the shipper yesterday and she said she would call the pharmacy. The Customer Service at this place is excellent. Anyway, I was getting very worried. Maybe, this will be your case. It is the Holidays and I am sure they are busy.
Good Luck to you.

I had a refill shipped out a few months ago from United, but my tracking number never changed from BIR. It was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. Well, by noon, nothing had happened. I called the OP and then called United. They were very nice and said they were certain that it had shipped the night before, but they couldn't do anything untill 7PM Friday night, to give UPS a chance to deliver. Of course, I was very nervous. And on top of that, if it didn't get found, I'd have to wait untill Monday to do anything. Well, lo and behold, it showed up at 6:30 Friday night. Apparently, the label where the scan bar was had been ripped, so it never got scanned itself, but still made it to me. Unfortunately, it sounds like your package may be lost. Can you call the OP and have them issue a new package, where you reassure them that if the first one shows up you will send it back. That's what ERMeds said they would do for me before my package showed up, but they couldn't do that untill the following Monday. But since it has been a few days for you, I don't think that is too much to ask. Good luck. I really hope this works out for you. Let us know.

I am having the same problem with ExpressRelief. Except my package is lost at a UPS hub in KY. It was last scanned on 12/18 @ 7:18am. Then never again. So UPS is tracing it. But they asked what kinda package it was & I said medication & UPS customer service told me that ERS should resend it to me, then when the package is found UPS can send the old package back to ERS. But when I told ERS this they said "it wasnt thier problem, thier hands were tied, they have done their part, now UPS needs to handle it" Well,to me, that is so unprofessional. I am the one PAYING for the shipping, consulatation, etc & NOW i am doing w/o medication. So I dont know what is going on. But I do know that you cant not expect ERS to retrun emails or phone calls. I just usually call & call & call untill someone besides voicemail answers, which btw they dont respond to voicemail either. I AM SO FRUSTRATED!

Just to follow up, I did get my package this morning. It was attemped delivery last night, and when I went to get it, it has a different Tracking number than what I was given, so I'm thinking they must have sent a replacement, but they never told me. So bottom line, I got what I ordered and if it wasn't for the UPS fiasco, which I don't blame on ERS, then I would recommend. Can never go wrong with COD, don't get it, you don't pay:) Happy Holidays.
