You guys should probably be angry with me, if you are angry. I have told them to keep the processing going and to work with email as best they can until the main connection to the internet is completed by the vendor. To me keeping the orders and processing flowing was of prime importance and they can catch up on email after they have a workable connection.
I would rather they stay current on that end than not stay current on orders. That is just me.

Read the boards here but did not realize the problems others had encountered with non-domestic products. Ordered from them on 9/29. Received an email saying order was shipped on 10/08. Received nothing, so emailed an inquiry. Matt replied on 11/01 saying they had been having problems with their shipper. I have received nothing and heard nothing from them since
11/01. Have PM'd them here at db. I do not know what to expect now.

This is the first we have heard from you on this. Your problem is now solved. It was that simple.
A problem is nothing more than a solution waiting to happen. However, you should have emailed earlier...it would have resolved earlier. We do not read minds, though on occassion we can see some of the X#@$Z^ words telepathically.

This was NOT the first you have heard from me on this. My first message was sent to you October 31, via non-DB email. Please, I have not been rude to you and would ask the same from you.
As I said, I ordered from you at the end of September, received a message from Nicole saying the order had shipped on October 8. Since I had received nothing by October 31, I emailed Matt. He responded very quickly with information about the problems you had with a shipper saying "we are in the process of redirecting orders to other shippers." I waited patiently since I realized you were also moving to a new office.
After sending ourRX4less a PM and posting my experience with you on these boards, our shipment finally came on Friday, December 3, 2004. The packaging was excellent, very discreet.
As I said to you in a PM, I hope to try a DOMESTIC order next time. Those seem to arrive more quickly with fewer problems.

Your issue was resolved. You received a refund and then you received the order that you had been told was shipped. Once it is shipped it is out of our hands. The shipment is then at the mercy of UPS, FedEX, or Global Express, not to mention the various government agencies and customs brokers.
When you are told the order has been shipped...it has been shipped. It does not matter what shipping company is used...an order can be held for a time in transit by these various agencies for whatever reason. Usually it is sent on with no additional issues. An order can also be lost by UPS, FedEX, or Global Express. Things such as this happen all the time with any shipment, through any compay. We are not at fault when these things occurs as some would seem to believe. We are not the delivery company. We do work with customers as best we can.
Out of the hundreds and hundreds of orders each week, something will happen to a very few no matter what preventative measures are taken. At that point, the best we can do is our best. For it is at that point that an honourable works with the customer as best possible.
We are not trying to be curt or unfriendly. This is just a matter of fact.
Now someone else will have to bear the burden of us working with you as best we could.

I ordered 120 .5mg Xanax, and the price was $135. Ad stated it could take up to 21 days to arrive, which automatically means....non-US pharmacy. After 19 days nothing. I emailed customer service and was assured that if on the 21st day othing arrived, a resolution would be forthcoming.
On the 21st day I received the package. It countained blister packs of 60 each, 1mg pills. The pills are round, white, have no markings, and on one side has a "break" line. The tin-foil blister pack says "alprazolam 1mg". The mfg. date is 2004, the exp. date is 2007.
The pills look like any non-descript generic aspirin. The jury is still out on the quality, but I took one earlier and felt nothing. I am trying to keep my doses down, so I fear that I may have to take an elevated dose to determine if these things are real.
Q: has anyone else received these pills? If so, to what results?

If there is a problem, or an issue, please send an email to -- You are in the international pharmacy section so, yes, it would mean non-us. There has never been any contention of being anything but an international pharmacy (i.e. non-us).

i have large order of alpix-1 generic xanax 1 mg. i have 'run' them against xanax from a different source, also have the Diazepam (heven-10) against roche-10. i do not detect a difference in strength in either medications between vendors.
I DO know if i have to use them for more than a few days the effects diminish, this is true for me regardless of vendor. when this happens i DO NOT increase the dose.

This member has posted the same message now twice in two different pharmacy threads. It would seem there is something amiss here.

I can't say about there Xanax but I did order Valium from them and got something similar. Round white pill, looked like an aspirin. I don't know what it was but it wasn't valium.

I have ordered DOMESTIC diazepam from them many times - they are small white round pills - on back of blister pack says HEVEN. Not good quality - hey - these are better than the Roche brand. Xanax and Ativan I know nothing about because I have never ordered them.

i agree, i had 1/2 a 1mg alpix-1 today when i needed it and there was precisely the effect it should have with name brand xanax. no doubt about it.

these either equal, or exceed, the name brand product and this holds true with the customer feedback we receive.
We also point out there is the sister site www.yourpharmacyone.com -- with additional products which cannot be purchased with VISA or MasterCard.

as ourrx4less indicted; the generic valium is also excellent, my personal experience corroborates that claim as well.

so far from previous experiences... the heven outweigh the other options of diazapam they send out!!!! I got some white generic, which were horrible, then the reshipped a blue name brand, getting better, then i got the heven's most recently and they are the best that i have EVER had from an IOP/domestic source EVER!

I just recieved some of those aspirin looking like valium 10's from OP4L. They are scored on one side, 4 lines across like 4 pieces of pie & the other side printed with valium 10. they are in silver blister packs, manufactured 7/2004, expire 2008. I think the manufacturer is Nicholas pharma, India, but the writing is so small I can barely read it.
Does anyone else have any experience with these?
Good? bad?

I find the Hevens better than the type you described - have been sent both - last two orders were Hevens. PM Chris or write Matthew and tell them you want the Heven brand because it IS better.......They probably ran out - or ???

I am too chicken to order 200 of these even Domestic - God forbid package intercepted - which is really an impossibility with DOMESTIC shipment - but just to be on safe side would not order more than the 110.......

Note just in case:
IT IS CHRISTMAS and NEW YEARS folks. There WILL BE DELAYS AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR. Not significant delays but there will be delays. The banks in the United States were closed from the 24th of December until the 26th of December. UPS was closed in the USA. The Post in the USA WAS open on the 24th but closed on Saturday. These are two very short four day work weeks in the United States at this time of the year.
In Europe, the South Pacific, and Canada these holidays are even more greatly observed and extended.
!!!!PROSPERO BUENO ANO!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ONE AND ALL!

Several very long-standing customers have sent messages to us raising a very important issue to all concerned: price increases.
We truly wish to hold the line on prices!! And, the one thing that drives up the cost of doing business is the large number of customers bent on committing fraud.
We have discovered there are a lot more fraudulent customers than there are fraudulent websites on the net!!! And, with the best technical expertise of the card companies having devised what they think is the best fraud detection software, even with them blacklisting card numbers of customers who do chargebacks a significant number continues to occur. It is the nature of the beast. As a result, the innocent suffer the sins of the guilty -- a very sad situation.
Several customers have proposed a members only site. Their theory is a customer/member paying $10-$15 a month is more inclined to be a little more honest than someone who just pops in out of cyberspace, of course, the monthly membership fee will go to reducing the overall cost of doing business which can then be reflected in the price of products to the customers.
We wish to invite comments on such a proposal. We are always open to suggestions.
