Still nothing, will probably wait until Wednesday then do the "where's it at?" email then look at a chargeback to the CC on Friday.

Happy Holidays to everyone.

I am in the same situation but my order was placed on 12/2 and still nothing I emailed them about it a few times they promised to refund my money but know there just dickin me around and there last email was rather nasty saying we dont want customers who cause problems, so I guess if you never get your order you are considered a trouble maker anyway I will be diputing the charges on my credit card and never deal with these dinks again.

Yikes!! Talk about impatient. The correspondence between myself and PharmaAtHome about my order that was lost was excellent, polite and respectful, both ways. Although my order (re-shipment time included) took two months to arrive, I did get my order. Most C.C. companys' give you at least 30 days to initiate a chargeback. Given the time of year, I would give it at least 29 days for your order to arrive before starting a chargeback. IMO, any IOP that can deliver an order in 30 to 35 days is doing a pretty good job. Any IOP order that arrives in under 30 days I consider a lucky bonus.

Thanks for the feedback. Based upon your advice and others I'll give them 3 weeks before taking any other steps. I'm just a little gun shy having been burned once, as I'm sure we all have at one time or another.

I did send them a very polite email asking them to check on things for me and here's the reply I got:

Dear customer.

Please be patient and wait some days more. There are two reasons that explain the delay while receiving orders:

1. Holidays at US postal services.

2. Parcels now are shipped from Argentina, not from Europe.

Don't worry at all, if you don't receive your order, we will reship or refund it.

Kind regards.

I understand the holiday rush but I was given the impression that shipments were coming from Europe, not South America.

Time will tell and thanks again Noah!

Trust me, they are being completely honest with you and are telling you the truth. Originally they did ship from Europe, but have switched to Argentina, for various but good reasons.

If after 3 more weeks and you still haven't received anything, let me know. PM me. I can assist if you wish. I have a good rapport with them.

Pharma are good people.

But they have no control over the mail.

Thanks MikeVX, will keep you in mind. I'm sitting tight until Tuesday the 28th, I have meds set aside to cover me for 5 days after the 28th so hopefully everything will arrive and my concerns will be a moot point.

Thanks!

Update on my order from 11/7.
It done got seized!
I received a curteous but confusing letter filled with legal jargon from our great protectors today. Man, I feel so much safer now that homeland security has rescued me from myself.
Anyway, I hope Pharma can help me out with some kind of reshipment.
I'll keep you informed...

Chris

Made an order for Zolpidem and Tramadol that was shipped from Argentina. The medicine were bad packaged. The blisters were inside the boxes and you could hear the pills if you shaked the package I can´t believe it made through customs.

Ordered 14 Dec
Shipped 15 Dec
Rec´d 27 Dec

I predict they will come through for you. But that may be because I'm also waiting on an order from them, but mine was only shipped 12/17. 3 weeks this time of year isn't that long.

I forgot to post that a couple of days ago, I was told that they were going to reship my seized order and to expect it in 2-3 weeks. I am very pleased about everything they've done for me, now it's just a bit of waiting. I'll post what happens...

I just placed my first order with pharmaathome and they sent me an email that it was shipped 12/27/04. I can see by the other posts the answer to my first question, about how long until I receive it looks like 3 weeks or so. Has anyone gotten an order sooner? Also can anyone tell me the quality of their ambien and rivotril and valium, yes I'm stocking up for a while. which I hope I don't loose before it gets to me. I don't know if their quality and dependability is good as this is my first order with them.
I usually use todo farmacia but their down until 1/15/05.
So if anyone can tell me anything about them I would appreciate it. I pray I get my order it looks like some of their orders have been seized lately.
Thanks Crystal2

Place my first order on Dec 2nd or 3rd, that one showed up in less than two weeks.

Mt second order, placed on Dec 7th, just got here yesterday. Nice packaging and all accounted for. Guess the holidays really slowed stuff down.

I still like these guys, but could they please restock! It's such a tease everytime you go there. All this cheap good stuff is out of stock and the pricier so-so stuff is right there. It's starting to be a real bummer.

Ordered 12/6
Shipped 12/8
Received 12/27

their Darvon-deprancol is different from what they advertise on their site. Their's are big, round blue pills called Vicefeno. Nowhere as good as the orange and clear capsule Depranocol that I in the past have received in a box like that shown on their website. I was disappointed.

Still waiting for another order of a different product that was shipped from them on 12-13-04.

same here, i was expecting the 150mg dextropropoxyphene (as pictured), instead i got 95 mg dextropropoxyphene napsalate+400mg Diprona (NSAID) which is what the text of the product described. not the same .

they're ok, though it should be pointed out the text doesn't match the 'picture'. and the truth is, i got what was described in the text.

i noticed they are switching over to new pictures as they add products. this is an oversight (for customer and vendor ).

For the most part, these pharmacies don't always have the exact pills that they advertise. I don't think it's false advertising as much as what their supplier is able to provide. If you shoot them an email expressing your disappointment in a tasteful way, most will add extra to your next order.

Check it out, now pharma has their own forum where you can get more immediate asistance:

And Crystal2, Their ambien and valium has been just fine. Have yet to try their rivitrol out. And no worries with pharma.
