WOW $140.00 for a consult that is outragous, that is the highest that I think I'v seen yet, the only thing that I see they have going for them is the prices on the meds. I don't see naywhere how many refills they give you my guess is probably 2 like most OP's. Anyway good luck if you use them and let the board about your experience with them if you do try them out, I use norcoworldwide, meds are a bit higher but I like them because I have never had 1 single problem with them....
