I put a order in at "Drughut.com Nov. 12th. 2004 and when I checked my account at the site it says "Pending? ?? I hope this does"t mean my order was"t shipped?? ?? The site says 1 week Pirority shipping, It better be $30.00 for Pirority shipping charge... well I have Emailed about 10 times or more, about my order and I have not received any Re-sponse from them"drughut.com?? ?? No Phone number to call either? ?... any buddy used this site??? I hope I did"t get Ripped off for $160.00. .. any budy know if I should be worried or not? ?? Thank you. rusty

Hmm, Rusty I am not familiar w/this outfit, but ... it doesn't sound good - I am not sayin that to make u worry, but did u use a cc?? u might wanna start thinkin bout a chargeback since no replies ... or give it a little longer. The 12th was only last sat right?? thats not really THAT long, but its certainly not 'overnite'... But then again EVEN the ones that offer overnite, aren't really overnite anyway... Keep emailin em (1 a day, very politely); tell them that you are considering a chargeback if u don't get some type of response... Other than that, i dont know. I am gonna go look at em...

Thanks Bamboo, for responding to my Message I posted about "Drughut.com", well I have bean Emailing all day and still no re-sponse  ?? well Do I just call my bank and say There is not any Communication with the Seller, and since there is no communication I don"t know if my order was shipped or not???? Would that work to get a charge back???? Thanks Bamboo... well at the site(drughut.com) on my Account It still says my order is "Pending??? so i don"t know......Thank you, Rusty

Pending, temporary or hold charges are common in that the seller contacts your card issuer with the estimated cost of the transaction to determine if you can in fact pay. They then place the pending transaction on your account until they ship. So technically you haven't been charged yet. It would also indicate that they haven't shipped yet since they haven't billed you. However, I would contact your card to verify. If drughut is an IOP then this is an acceptable timeline. But if it's domestic then I would consider cancelling your order. Good luck

good luck with that!
the site is down right now but i found an address for them under the privacy policy section i think and they seem to be based out of india.
it looks very dodgy to me though. their checkout site isn't even secure! and i could only find two feedbacks for them under google groups and they're both from the same guy who only has those two posts to his name!
