Mexico meds

If some of the Meds these places offer come from Mexico, what is to stop me from going to Mexico myself to get the Meds. Is this a stupid question? Someone please fill me in

Not a stupid ?. Nothing is stopping you from going to Mexico and purchasing meds. It is logistically inconvenient to most.
