Hello,
I have a question, I called DHL on Friday asking for my tracking number because when Cyberscripts sent my order the last time I did not receive one in my email so they give me the tracking# and tell me it has not been scanned into the system as of yet, okay so I have to wait til Mon to call them and the girl I spoke to tells me that there was an ink problem and DHL having trouble scanning the packages? So I ask her does this mean its still going to arrive Today? She says yes and will call me if anything changes, has anyone ever heard of such a thing? I am a little concerned because I am out of meds by Tomorrow so if they did not ship Fri, they better ship Today!
Any suggestions???

Now I am nervous, I called DHL and they tell me it is not in there system yet? I called back Cyber and the girl put me on hold again came back to to tell me the pacage shipped they have documentation on all shipments that leave and this one left on Friday, she said this happend twice last week and the person still received their order. What if it does not come? They are already saying it shipped so what do I do? A chargeback?
Please someone help if you can!

I had the same problem with DHL not to long ago but the package (not meds) showed up anywhoo, so try waiting till the end of the day to see if it shows,it should i hope...

Well the weird thing that just happened to me is I received an email from DHL saying it was picked up at shippers door on 12/10 at 1am? Now its 2pm est time and still no movement except for that email I received... I sent called them back and L/M for someone to give me some info on this.....
This is really frustrating to say the least!

UPDATE, Still has not shown movement or arrived, I called again and was TOLD DHL did not put it in there system yet? Why? Where is it? She was like basically you will have to wait and there is nothing I can do about it? Is she smoking Crack? I paid good money and all she can say is well if you dont have ot by Tomorrow I will call DHL, why dont you call Today to see if maybe the package is lost somewhere.... So Pissed and I will really flip if it does not arrive Tomorrow.....

I've been following your story, and though I have no real advice, I just wanted to say I'm so sorry that this is happening. I think most of us here have gone through this, whether it was UPS, FedEx, or DHL. I absolutely hate the waiting, and you know there is someone who can help you, but to them, a day or two is nothing. But a day or two to you can be miserable. I really hope things work out for you. I guess it's getting late where you are, so I'll keep my fingers crossed that your medication comes tonight or tomorrow.

I just checked and its 10pm and nothing.... I guess it was never picked up, so mad, do you know if maybe it will get in the system later??? Thanks for the support guys! Anyone else this has happened to?

Called DHL this morning, they tell me there was NO pickups from them on Friday or Monday, What am I supposed to do now??? I am calling and speaking to a manager and if they dont give me a real trackiing number, its chargeback time and I will never use this company again!

Thanks Wonderman, you are too kind! Some of you have been so nice sending me a PM to say I hope it works out for you. Very much appreciated. I am so mad, I will start calling, emailing anyone I can til I get the correct tracking number or my money back and I will find a reliable OP that does not lie to its customers.....

Spoke to Customer Service , said they will have to file a claim with DHL and reship my order Today, we will see! I am not going to hold my breath, I will keep you all updated on the progress.

Thank You , I appreciate it.... I called again and the girl said they started the claim and my order will ship Today, I said I Really need my meds that are overdue, she said Unless something has changed we will send you an email with the tracking number later Today, crossing my fingers.

Its UPS that is to be at fault not Cyberscripts. All they do is ship it out UPS handles it and ships it.

Actually they use DHL, not UPS and if the package was never scanned I think that means it was never in DHL hands, correct me if I am wrong

Received a call last night from Customer Service, they "found" the problem.... My package was returned to them by DHL because they were unable to scan it due to the fact that the ink was faded? Anyway she goes on to tell me it wont go out til Today for Delivery Tomorrow? She called me at 6pm thier time so I think under the circumstances they should have called DHL back to pick it up for me or take it upon yourself to drop it off at a drop off box, they are all over the place. I do that all the time for customers when they call late in the day and need a shipment the following day! I guess Customer Service means something different to everyone, in my eyes its going above and beyond the call of duty to please a customer who is frustrated to say the least.
The only good thing she offered me was a "little" discount on my next refill. So now I am going on 6 days without....

This is not exactly on topic re: DHL, but can anyone remind me how to utilize the UPS site for shipping info with the alternate method? (Yes, I've searched using every possible keyword I could think of and I'm not coming up with anything.) I know it was something like JONES57889 (that is, with the last name and ZIP code, or something) but durned if I'm getting it to work on the UPS website. I claim senility here. I used to know this...
Anyone? Buehler? Buehler?

Well, I know when I have something shipped say through amazon they will use your order# as the ref. then enter the destination zip code and the date range. I am really not sure exactly what certain companies use since I have never ordered from any other place for meds at least. Cyberscripts uses the date and your intials when they ship , I found that out Today and yes my package is scanned and on its way, thank god...
Good Luck to you, maybe you can call UPS and they can do a search? I know Fedex and DHL will do this for you.

I have ordered a couple of times from a pharmacy they ship by DHL also.
The way it was explained to me was that they first get a reference number from another courier company, and then a day or two later they only get the real DHL number.
The other courier passes the shipment on to DHL once it arrives in the USA.
So the DHL number is available a few days after the order was actually shipped out.
If I want to track the shipment earlier, then I have to go to the DHL web site, click on "Track" then "Track by reference" and enter the reference number from the other courier company.
The reason I order there is that the DHL shipment is shipped from New York, it wont pass US customs, so I can not have anything lost and I don't have to import anything or get a customs letter ever.

You guys are not going to believe this when I tell you... This morning went to track package says it arrived in a city about 2 hrs away from me so I just assumed that is a stop it makes before getting to me... Supposed to arrive by 12noon, nothing happens in the status online so I call CS and they proceed to tell me that the package hjad the wrong zip code on it eventhough the label online is the correct zip code. So, I tell him Look this is my health we are dealing with here and I need my meds Today! He gets all nervous that I mentioned its my health so he proceeds to tell me he will have a driver get my package and deliver it to me by 3pm... I called back an hr later and was told it was picked up and is scheduled to arrive by 2:30pm est... God, is my luck bad or what!

This is so strange......I have been waiting and waiting on my meds...watching one company close after another after over a month with no sucess...I kept going to different sites cyberscripts, genericpainmeds, and extreme.....
Today i get three e-mails......one from ups, saying my order is one its way and then received two more from DHL...
Now i have went to different sites, and can't remember where i ordered from, i know one is from cyberscripts but the other is being sent from SOLWAY...any suggestions????
