I am ready to do a new consult and I might try these guys. I love the fact they package the meds properly and the CS is great. How hard is it for these other places to take an extra minute and package the meds so they don't rattle or so the bottle won't get busted open? Some cotton and a box instead of an envelope, its not rocket science!

no rattle, but, you'll need a rocket degree to get the damned thing open, which is good to me.

edit: I was having to use my hubby's square keyboard instead of mine. GRRRRR typos

I've been hearing great things from YPM, offspring though and its only as strong as its weakest link, so you can expect top notch service.....

The best thing that i like about packaging is the SEALED BOTTLES.Ilove it,and not having to worry about being short medication. All you negative people can think what you want but i for one think they have a good OP and all the kinks will be worked out and in the meantime all the CS reps including Chris are doing everything they can to make there patients content. In fact they are more helpful than my own doctors office. This is my oppinion and experience, not trying to stir anything up cuz thee is enough of that already.

People certainly have the right to disagree and use YPM or whoever. If you don't agree with a post, ignore it. I must say I'm on the edge of my seat for the YPM Total Care. Not. Give me a quiet, professional, efficient OP that gives me total care from day one. No drama needed.

Oh, I agree. Make YPM one thread, please.

Please make YPM one thread, I'm nearing the end of my script at NWW and would like to try it out afterwards. Question, will med records transfer or will I need to fax them back over to YPM? Have heard many good things about YPM so I'll be ready.

Hey guys and gals, I dont post often here, but i do read just about everyday, I just want to let anyone who maybe interested in trying YPM, go for it. I think they have the best CS of anywhere, and will go out of there way to help anyone. It think Chris is one of the most sincere, helpful people in this business, along with the CS dept. I am sure there are plenty of other good OP out there, but in my opinion YPM goes that extra step. Also I think the people on this board as well, are great people and extremely helpful and informative. Thanks to all the people here on this board who post there thoughts and experiences about OP's. It has truley helped me, even though I am just a reader, 99% of the time.

I'm usually a big defender of new posters as we all were one once, but it seems as though YPM has more than the usual here and on other boards detailing their flawless experiences. Please don't take offense, I'm not questioning you (or anyone's) integrity or honesty, it's just an obversation. Usually makes me slightly suspicious when all you see is positive and no negative.

Normally, any OP gets a mix of both, just as any business does. Surely someone has had a less than stellar transaction. Maybe I haven't read one yet as it's tough to read every post. (Not that I would have the time or the desire to do so). Or, perhaps, these guys actually are the best OP on the planet! It could happen. Happy Holidays!

Well my breif experience with YPM went like this. Logged in and set up account. Tried getting records from clinic that has my latest, they said 7-10 days after my check cleared. I cancelled my order. Got a note from ***** saying my order had been refunded entirely. Looked at my bank statement and not only was it not refunded it was charged. It took three emails to ***** to get the issue resolved, which it finally was, but when I do get my records I will go to a place that has some better administrative help. The difference between charge this account and credit this account is pretty obvious.
Just my observations, take them for all and all.

well, chris has been there. every once in a while I'll read a story about a doctor that has left a clinic to go into private practice with (illegally) the master patient list from the clinic. During his tenure at NWW Chris had the opportunity to learn of the clients who were winners and losers and so he should have a good idea of who may possibly be available as a patient, I'm thinking someone who he may have had a good experience with in the past may receive express handling. I also have a feeling that known losers or newbies to Chris may not immediately get the responses that follow what others post of.

Interesting,
We haven't been in business 30 days yet...
You most likely have me confused with another company. Feel free to send me a PM. Our refill cycles run 20 due to the 100 count.

Bluez or whatever your name is, I take issue with a few a your comments. The comment you posted above confuses me. You said you wanted 'total care from day one', but in your same post you sarcastically talked about how excited you were about YPMs total care???? WTF? Well, which one is it, do you want total care or not? YPM is professional and they wrote the book on efficient. You would know these things if you had actually used them. As for quiet, why would you want that?? Here you have the owner, literally the owner on this board addressing concerns instead of sitting back and just counting his cash. He, and his staff, obviously take a personal interest in every single client of theirs. If that were to go away, and they were to get "quiet" as you would like to see, then you would be the 1st one on here bashing them saying they are not even responding to people's questions or comments. When people discuss an OP, and the owner gets on here on a regular basis, that is something I would like to see continue. He's not PM'ing these people either, he is addressing these issues, good or bad, in the open for all to see. That lets me know he has nothing to hide and he is very concerned about the well being of his operation and that of his patients.
Another comment of yours was about how you were certain all the positive comments had to be suspect because there were no negative comments. Once again, when you have the owner and top management taking a personal, hands on interest in the day to day operations, there are bound to be very few Snafus. Why? It's the old saying 'if you want something done right, do it yourself', and that is exactly what is going on here. I am sure somebody slipped through the cracks and their experience did not go as well as everyone else's, but for the most part, if YPM keeps doing what they are doing, you are not going to see many negative comments or bad experiences. I do not know why that is so hard to understand Bluez! What is the biggest complaint that clients have with OPs? Packaging, shortages, and refills not being shipped on time. Well, the 1st 2 YPM addressed head on and those are issues they will just not have. Why, because they did it right from day 1. As for shipping, that is a factor that can be screwed up in several different places. Once it leaves the pharmacy, there is not much they can do about how Fedex handles it. If you have a problem with the shipping, all you have to do is send them a PM and they will get back to you in less than an hour, and a lot of cases right away; during reasonable hours of course.
I have come to the conclusion that you are commenting on subjects that greatly exceed your scope of knowledge. If you don't mind, knock it off, because I am tired of hearing you make a fool of yourself. Thank you.

I have been nothing but happy with this company....they have went above and beyound the call to get my order to me before the holiday, and that is the to say the least.....most of thses people who have something negative to say, are either, a new user to this board and to the OP world in general, and also they most likely havent used any of teh OP's that they constantly bash. None the less, I HAVE used YPM, and am a very happy customer at this time, so unless you hear nagative things about a company from a actual consumer of that same establishment, then do not use that info as a factor in makeing a decision, either way, it wouldnt be a wise choice.

Good Morning,

Just have to put my 2 cents in.

I cannot believe how much drama is going on about this site. I recently became a NWW member and am happy with their service.

According to the posts I have read, NWW was built by Chris...Suffice it to say, I am sure my top notch experience with them was due to the policies and procedures Chris created and implemented.

Now we have another choice, being built by the same individual who helped to establish the very successful NWW. I'll bet he learned a lot and as a result, YPM will be even more successful.

Even if you don't ever conduct business with YPM, the fact they are here is good for everyone. More competition will force other organizations to improve in order to keep/attract clients.

I also have to add that I really appreciate seeing the CEO and/or founder of YPM here to address concerns openly.

Bottom line---I am very glad they are here...and may go on over when my refills are done.

A pain-free day to all.

Deb
