I had a refill due and everything went through fine. I had to have a new consult and the doc was great, cc went through, and the pharmacy sent it back after me paying for shipping. Their reason was I had ordered from another site on 11-25 which is truely false. I have always had great experiences with them and been a long time customer of theirs. Can you help me with what site they think I have ordered from? They are the only site I have ordered from.

New consult came up on 12/9...I had my consult with the doc. no prob. The filled the presciption. FedEx stopped by @ 2:13 the next day. I LOVE THESE GUYS! Good work...Oh, and welcome back Rocky, if you're reading this.

ihave been waiting on my meds since monday everytime i call i get the same thing they tell me the order will be there tommorow tommorow has never came if three is anyway you can help me i would really appreciate it i have been without my meds A LONG TIME NOW I NEED SOME HELP TO GETMY ORDER. i would like to think it will come but iam stating to wonder.

turned out to be the worst case of sinusitis in history... i'm hoping i get my last re-fill for my shoulder and then i will be good killing 2 birds with one stone.... don't want too many orders out there. Just what i need to make it through and my health insurance kicks in.

I was told my order would go out today for arrival tommorow...12/14/04. My order says "in shipping" but I have not recv'd a tracking# yet? Usually it is emailed to me? COuld you please verify shipment for me and tracking#?

Rocky are you still here for us to help? I called customer service, but I can never get through. It always says "you have ten minutes or longer!!" I wait well over 10 min. and then get frustrated, I cannot justify holding a phone up to my ear, on hold for 15-20min. I was hoping you could bypass this and find my order please? I just got out of pot op last week, and I told my Dr only a few pain meds to last me until Monday, because my oreder was promised for Tuesday. It is Tuesday and no answer or tracking#, I am a hurtin unit and need some answers.

What is the normal lead time to get a consultation? Then how long does it take to get order?

The wait time for a consultation can vary but generally a consultation will occur the day you order it/fax your medical records. Then the script is generally filled and shipped the same day and then you should get it the next day.

Why is the phone wait time so long? I had to hang up after 45 minutes of being on hold! That is just too long to wait, considering it is a toll call. I wish you could hire more people to do C/S, and staff the phones.
I just do not have 45 minutes to wait to speak with someone. Why not implement a LIVE on-line help session? At least that way, the customer does not get a huge phone bill, when on hold for 45 minutes.

I'm terribly sorry for the inconvienance, but we are opening another call center. It is almost done, it should be up by the 1st week of the new year if all goes well. That should drastically improve our hold time. Again, I'm sorry.

Hi Rocky,
I am an online-scripts patient and I am due a refill on Dec. 29th. I clicked the "authorize and refill" button today because I will be out of town and will not have access to a computer there. Will my refill be done on my refill date without me having to do anything further? I was hoping to have my meds waiting on me when I return.

As long as we have your medial records, and they are up to date. You should have no poroblem, that will be all you have to do.
