I wanted to introduce myself to the site, my name is Frank and I've been hired as a customer service specialist for Apainsolution, to ensure that our customers and potential customers are provided the best service possible. I will be monitoring the Drugbuyers message board daily, so please feel free to PM me with any questions/problems/concerns, etc and I will respond asap. I look forward to being able to assist you, and greatly appreciate any suggestions/feedback supplied. Hope everyone has a great day.
My first OP experience was with APS and it was pretty good. The website is a little buggy. Every time I go to a new page I have to re-input my username and password. But the service was good. Faxed recent MRI report and blood work. Doctor called 2 hours later. Friendly 10 minute consult with questions about my pain and success with meds I've tried. Got Norco 10/325s, but they said they could only offer 90 for 30 days with 2 refills. Doc asked if I needed anything else. I requested Ambien because the pain keeps me awake. Doc tried to steer me to Vallium or xanax said they could only do 30 Ambien with no refills. Those were $98 bucks. Got meds next day. all in all, good service.
Thanks for posting Frank. It's nice to know we have you watching our backs. This can only improve the already great service your firm provides. Thanks again.
