I made the mistake of trying this op a while back they took my money for the consult and 1 time pills and never gave me my 2 refills after refaxing my med records over and over and over and trying to get ahold of these guys was a joke so after reading these post I chose YOD and have only good things to say about them. Someone from online scripts said in one of the other post that they didn't think that online scripts didnt intintually do that but if they didnt they could of easly got in touch with me and agreed to live up to their end of there promise? AND STILL CAN BUT I BET THAT THEY DONT you know I can be p.m. at any time online scripts but Im not going to count on it since they made a quick $120.00

Are you sure it was Online-Scripts.com that you had your consultation at Kz? Our consult price has always been 110 (and lower with discounts / reconsultations). Send me your order number or your member id and I can take a look into your order to see if there is anything that can be done to get it fixed.

Well, reading all there is here is very interesting to me because I have had nothing but good things to say about these 2 sites, with the exception of their phone service. Although I should specify, maybe it doesn't matter but who knows, that I used the norco-medication site at first. Now they've combined information from both sites and are simply online-scripts.com - but I didn't lose any information with the switch over. I've always had fast service, only one surprise glitch, which happened to not affect my situation anyway. What happened was that they sent an email asking me to authorize my refill, which one can do well before the actual date you become eligible. So I authorized and then the date came that my script could be filled again, and I watched on the website as my card was approved and charged, then the request went over to the pharmacy where then a message showed up saying the pharmacy refused the refill and sent it back to the site "waiting for refill date." I guess what happened was that the site said I was eligible, but the pharmacy said I had to wait a couple more days for it to be filled again, so I waited and on the day they specified, it was filled and shipped with no further problems. So all in all, I like this site and like the experiences I've had. Like I said before, the only quam I have with this OP is their phone service. You have to call right when they open up to be able to get someone within a 10 minute wait, otherwise you could be on hold for an hour, no joke, but mostly for 30 minutes on average. Even when I've called in the morning though, the phone system said my expected wait time was 1 minute or less, and I waited another 7 minutes until someone picked up and helped me out. So that's the only thing I don't like. What I really like is that fact that you call the doctor for your consultation when you want it. Once you sign up and request a consultation, they give you the number and then you call the doctor line whenever you feel like it, that's pretty [censored] nice. Anyway, that's all I have to say about that!

I had the same problem as above! I ordered my consult paid the fee and for the meds. I then faxed in my medical records which clearly outlined my condition ( even with a diagramed picture) and I received an email stating the dr. had not approved my records and therefore I wasted my consult fee and was not given the 2 refills that I was to be given. I had always been a patient of YOD before, but I decided to give Online-scripts a try because I had waited to long and was not able to be fit in for a same day consult with YOD so I took a chance. Never Again. My records were deffantly adequate and not over a year old so that was not the problem. My suggestion is to use YOD they have always had excellent customer service in everyway!

Karma if you can send me your o# in a PM or member ID then I can get you the reason that the records were declined. A single declination doesn't mean the refills are lost, it just means the doctor is requesting some additional information. I'll take a look into it for you and then get that information back to you ASAP.

Check your PM box, I sent you an update on what I was able to find in your order.

Well, things are a changin' at OS. I just had my consult and previously I received 120 CT Norco's and now they have cut back to only giving 60 CT based on my condition. They said that the DEA is cracking down on them and that's all they could prescribe for chronic migraines.

I forgot to mention that although they cut my RX in half, the price only decreased by $30. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!

If that was a typo and didn't actually mean that the price INCREASED $30 then I don't see the big problem, other than the fact that you're not getting as many pills as you want. You get less, you pay less...makes sense no?

"the big deal" was that my RX was cut in half(120 count to 60 count) and my prescription cost went from $172 to $140 and some change.
Maybe its just me, but at that price and amount of medication, I can get a better deal somewhere else!

Did they ask for updated medical records? Cause sometimes they will decrease the count until you get recent medical records.

Rocky, I have been with you folks from the begining and have never had a problem with your service. However, my last consult (with same Dr. as before) resulted in my receiving only #60 tabs instead of the #90 I have always been prescribed. NO MENTION of this was made to me by the Dr. The price difference is betwen #60 and #90 tabs makes it look like someone is trying to make a lot of money!
Rocky, please look into this matter and see if this was just an honest mistake on the Dr.'s part, send me my usual
#90 next refill, or give me an explanation for this. I will await your reply as your mailbox is always full! considering changing OP's.
Thank You, ORDER # 213011591

They did this to me as well, my records were accepted snd I recieved my 2 refills. When I recieved my email to reconsult I went to the link and there was a huge red box stating I must have a physical exam to proceed but they were willing to take my money anyway, when I went to my med record history I found this:
DATE ACTIVITY COMMENTS
11/29/2004 Medical Records Declined Missing pages; consult too old.
11/29/2004 Medical Records Declined No doctor signature; Clinic / doctor not identified.
11/23/2004 Medical Records Declined rx is too old according to dea guidelines, it needs to be less than 6 months.
11/23/2004 Medical Records Declined The physician has approved medical records for prescription medications.
11/23/2004 Medical Records Declined maximum number of pills is 60.
11/17/2004 Medical Records Declined The physician has approved medical records for prescription medications.
11/16/2004 Medical Records Declined The physician has approved medical records for prescription medications.
Seems a bit contradictory doesnt it.
My records were signed by the doctor and were on the clinic forms that had clinic name, address and ph number on them. They are still less than a year old but more than six months, when I first signed up they didnt even want my x-rays. I called the CS number and was on hold for an hour before I hung up. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering online-scripts. On a side note my last refill was charged to my account as norco-medication.com vs. the normal OS. Maybe its a new owner or they have new doctor, the website is definatly new.

This pharmacy approves the 1st order regardless of medical records. When it comes time for your re-consult they scrutinize your records. The matter of fact is probobly that your medical records aged past the acceptable point between the time you had your first order and the time of your second consult. Thats why your having your problem, all you need to do is fax over a recent copy.

I just had a consult, and it was cheaper, plus the Dr increased my order to #120?! I think it is individual circumstances. I have really recent med records, and they like to hear a patient with some emotion, happy, and pleasent. Im not saying you aren't, but put yourself in there shoes. Dealing with pleasnt people makes it easier for them and then they are more likely t treat you better.
Also the DEA, DEA, DEA, I keep on hearing this time in and time out....I have been a patient with Online scripts and others for over 3 years. As long as you aren't flagrant, and take your meds responsibly, you will be OK. Don't be so paranoid ...it's xmas!!!!

You're right zolstone, you know the old saying...you catch more flys with honey than you do with vinegar
And yeah, there's probobly nothing to worry about legally as long as you know your not doing anything wrong. Its usually common sense but it is good to keep up with new developments that concern you.

I have used Online-Scripts as well before. I was with thim for a while so my consult prices were like $65 or so, which is reasonable, however thier medication prices are outrageous.
Like the above poster mentioned if you call CS get ready to hold 30-60 minutes. Last time I called about a refill, they tried telling me I don't have any and I need a re-consult, so I tried to set her straight telling her I just had a consult 30 days before and my medication was also cut down to 60, and I have not had a refill since then, she still held on that I have no valid refills. Finally after literally arguing the fact that I paid for a consult only to receive my first script then for them to basically "renig" on my remaining fills wasn't sitting well with me. Miracolously she said "Ok, my computer wasn't working right, you do have 2 refills left." Whatever...
Considering that 60ct is $98+shipping, I do not recommend using them; to many other alternatives such as NWW whom is not the cheapest either however at least they offer 90 for $15 less than OS. Not to mention others such as YOD whom I hear has 120 w/ shipping for around $100, and better service to boot.
You make the decision....

I am furious with them,They have declined my records-again. I faxed even more documentation, Mri scans, labwork, a referral for me to have a CT scan with the diagnosis written on it. I think these doctors just wanted the consult fee and had no intention of giving us our refills. I would never use them again, I caution any one else trying. Rocky said he would help, but apparently cannot.

Rocky,
I really dont know you or your company but dont you think that information you just posted is against Hippa? Thats something that should not be on display for all to see, just my observation. Remind me not to ask any ques about my acct with a rep from the company I am dealing with. I do not want it to be displayed.

Angellove,
In actuality I did not disclose any specifics about medical records. I don't have access to them. What I posted confirmed what ninny said in the previous post; and as she posted it on the public boards, that select piece or information becomes public domain. There was nothing disclosing in my statement. But however, in the case that it could still offend some people I edited the post and PM'd ninny the information.
