Farmacias Argentinas did but apparently got into a dispute with PayPal over "Terms of Service" and quit and they have never come back on-line again. I keep checking but they have not come back up. FYI, PayPal is owned by eBay and they don't like certain types of "transactions." JMHO but I think the best way to travel is with a pre-paid MasterCard or Visa.

I have a Paypal account which I have a debit card attached to. (I think after being a Paypal member for 60 days you can apply for a debit card, but don't quote me on that.) Anyway, I have used the Paypal debit card to place multiple orders with 2 different IOPs without any trouble.
Maybe this is an option you could consider.
Best of luck to you.

but you can use it for the consult fee at least and split up paying if you have money here and there.

I think you just got lucky with the bank-card idea.... Paypal/eBay made it very very clear that they would not accept any purchases that aren't acceptable to eBay's rules of what can be sold on their site. Any place that does continue (and gets caught, I guess I should add) will be fined heavily for each order that broke the rule. I not only read that in an e-mail that paypal/ebay sent to me but I saw it on several TV news channels... Looks like you lucked out.

Here are two links to Paypal's TOS concerning Prescription Drugs and it's policies. The blurb about importation of prescription drugs is about halfway down the page of the first link:
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/use/index_frame&ed=prescript_drugs
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/use/index_frame&ed=drugs_paraph
It's definitely a no-no, and I appreciate the kind souls here guiding me to this information.
My guess is that PayPal will come after you for 2 reasons: A.) Someone tips them off to your activities, or B.) you have a huge red flag on your billing statement. Obviously, if the transaction is listed along the lines of "On-Line Pharmacy order", you are bound to send up red flags all over the place.
I don't know how many of you use and or deal with eBay on a regular basis. All I am going to say is that eBay can be a major PITA when then want to be. Paypal is a division of eBay, therefore; just by association they can and will be a PITA.
I have used my PP debit card on many occasions as I stated above, without incident. Will I continue to use it in the future? I don't know. If I have no other option at that particular moment, I might.
I think we all know that this is really a big, stupid cat and mouse game. Unfortunately those of here are in need of one thing or another, and it's no longer a game. It's a necessity. I know my breathing medications certainly are. And my philosophy over these last few years has really changed. If "they" are going to come after me for some BP meds, inhalers and other miscellaneous meds, then let them come. At least in jail I'll get my meds legally, as well as paid for.
Sorry, I'm feeling extra cynical tonite after another poor showing of my TB Bucs.
