Did your order sit in "BIR" for a long period before it shipped, or did you order on the 29th? My order has been "BIR" since Nov30th but I ordered long before that. Thanks for any help. R/Express

I wasnt aware that there was a national database to check on scripts-i think some states have one but is there a national? i'm not too familiar with the whole system but if anyone has some info I would like to learn something.I am guessing there has to be some sort of system or everyone would be double dipping right?

Okay, then that would be great if someone got something! Is anyone receiving today?

You would think that they would e-mail you asking if the 10/500 generic Lortab would be an acceptable replacement for the 10/325's. The only difference between the 2 is a small increase in the APAP.

What are these people at BlueSky thinking?

I know I would be sending e-mails to keep products and money flowing.

Even though the situation really stinks for us ,the buyer. Imagine 8000 orders a day and then everyone decides to e-mail two different questions about there service or troubles. Wow that's 16,000 e-mails ,I couldn't even imagine what that looks like in an "inbox" let alone an e-mail program that can handle that volume (so many I would say many don't even get there) Now picture the amount of customer service people you would need to answer ALL of them while in the mean time you are doing packing and labels etc. to get the products out. We must understand these are small operations with a few if not just a couple employees. Just my opinion but answering that e-mail volume would be as close to impossible if I could ever use that word impossible. Please like I said just my opinion, but we see the way they open and close so often these are SMALL fly by night outfits that can't have enough workers to handle such e-mail volume. Have a great day today and hope everyone's pain and mental states are easy to deal with today and everyday from here on Joanne

I TOTALLY agree and to add this, how many of those emails are nasty? If I was the receiver, I wouldn't respond. JMO.

Wow, that's a very good point! The inability to handle that many emails a day rather concretely infers the possibility of handling an equivalent amount of physical orders to be completely and utterly impossible in said physical sense. Hope has been reduced to absolutely nothing now. But think of all the money they could have made! 8000 x $150 (average price) = $1,200,000 a day! $36,000,000 a month! $432,000,000 a year! Of course, I suppose you were exaggerating a bit. If order numbers are a closer indication of the truth (my unfulfilled order being in the 8,000 range), it's closer to a few hundred orders per day, but hey, that's still a lot for two or three employees to handle (especially if they like to sample products for "quality control"). Not impossible though, yet my order is over a month old. After such an obscene delay, it becomes kind of obvious that one "efficiency" tactic is to sweep pesky extraneous orders under the rug.

Sad thing is I am not blowing up the figures. My boyfriend has explained all about web site "hits" per hour etc. And the number of orders that FLY in. It sounds crazy but it's no exaggeration, these people are making HUGE BUCKS and thats all its about, not customer care or a complaint departments its packing them up and getting them out. Believe me you would be shocked to see the numbers Web sites make that sell "Meds" Sounds nuts but look into it you'll be surprised. And imagine the profits. 60 2mg xanax at a place like "Walgreens" or "Walmart" cost about $23.00 There getting 86.00 per 60 and they are buying the meds in bulk at huge discounts. This is a multi-million dollar game here in short periods of time. Sorry if my post sounded to un-real.

You're totally correct that these places are turning profits that would make our heads spin, otherwise why risk the jail time to do so? I've never gotten scripts from a Walmart or CVS pharmacy without having insurance, so I don't know what the meds cost by themselves, but are you taking into account what insurance companies reimburse Walmart or Walgreens? $23.00 is what we pay, but insurance covers the rest. Or is $23.00 what they charge without any insurance whatsoever? I don't know

That's without! That is not a co-pay, diazepam (generic valium) is $15.99 for 60 10mg mylan brand. And generic xanax (alprazolam) is $26.99 for 60 2mg "bars" Purepac brand. And they are making a great profit themselves by buying in large bulk amounts. Now look at the NROP's and IOP's prices etc. They might seem good (And I know the whole deal about well you don't have to pay for the doc's visit and beg the doc for them etc.) But imagine how much they are making selling 60 2mg xanax generics for $89.00 and up and 90 10mg generic valium's (and usually the foreign brand "Roche" if an IOP) which are extremely cheap, price wise. And there getting like $120.00 some of them for 90 pills. I would sure like to have there web site for just one month I be set financially for a while

Now, now... I'm speaking of this outfit in particular, as you were before (but of course, not now), and orders for this particular outfit, not clicks, as you were before (and again, not now). It is only common sense that if the cumulative number of orders, i.e. the order number (yes, this outfit uses consecutive order numbers), barely meets or exceeds what you otherwise claim is the daily number of orders then this outfit is not processing 8000 orders a day (especially given the fact that the order number for the preceding month was barely 1000 ahead of that, and likewise again for the month before that, etc). I should stop now before I get specific in world of generalities... but much of this is irrelevant seeing as BlueSky need not address everyone personally in order to convey to their patrons what the problem is. They can do that wholesale on their website. All they post is patent bull. If they're trying to catch up on old orders, fine - it starts from the oldest unfulfilled order and works forward. They are NOT doing that. Because these orders can still be retrieved, status wise, they're still in the database and not "lost" as claimed elsewhere. Let's say for some insane reason they are working from the most recent order backwards - if that's the case they should spell this out on the web site. It is completely unethical to leave people who are/were counting on these meds in the dark like that. Truth of the matter is they are working in neither direction, as many patrons from both ends of the spectrum have unfulfilled orders. The few orders they are fulfilling are being processed in some proprietary undisclosed way in furtherance of covering up whatever the real problem is over there (most likely a procurement or compliance issue - probably both).

For them, stalling and disinformation is the soup de jour. The end result for the rest of us is chronic pain, anxiety, etc. They have no valid excuse for handling it in this deceptive manner.

I agree 110% with you Spectre13
common courtesy to your customers. I never will use the site again, and think of how much profit they lost because of there [censored] poor customer service skills as of late. Many canceled, and others went to another pharm. So I guess in reality they did get punished for it, but really could of turned things around if they ersponded to emails, and been more informative than formatted responses, sent bulk email, and on there home page. The patients are paying a large amount of money here, and they should of respected that. I hope they lost big time. Not only messing with patients patience, they literally kept needy patients from getting there pain meds? Now this is unexcusable, in the world of healthcare, they have to exceed custom,er expectations.

Here's the newest in the Rx family (BetterDeals, HotDeals..) You people that use SkyBule should ALL CANCEL. These people are delivering fast, even though they SAY they need records. The drought is over for the moment! All you NROP's people should have a real good holiday season. Merry Christmas! I hope they fixed that security problem. BE SURE TO LOG OUT!

First post since 12/12/04. Did anyone get there 10/325's yet from Blackhole, I mean Bluesky? I have been in BIR since 11/29, and it isn't even anger I am feeeling anymore, It is hilarious. I never ever had dealt with such a problamatic service as these guys. I took the advice from this site, but that was right before the problems arouse, just my luck. Anyways I was wondering if anyone else has heard from these people, or received there order yet?

I noticed sometime in November that the site was down, then it was back up. I took a chance on them around the end of November and nothing yet. They did respond to an e-mail before they stopped taking orders. Now I've read in here that they are another company in another state. I'm just letting it ride since it's COD. This kinda feels like gambling in Vegas.
