Question,

My best friend signed up at 9am and faxed all documents at that time, how long does it take to get a consult? She was looking forward to getting one Today? Does she wait for someone to call her or how does this work? This is the first time she has ever ordered online and I am new to this as well.

Hey there Angellove,

Well, your guess is as good as mine on this one. I spotted this one and the great prices on here last week so I registered and faxed all of my documentation in to them. However, apparently you should NEVER complete anything in BLUE ink if you are going to fax, photocopy, etc. 'cause my questionnaire was completely blank when they got it. I complete it all over again in BLACK ink, re-faxed and here it is about 3 or 4 days later and I have yet to hear anything from them.

I have even e-mailed them via the website and my own e-mail inquiring as to the same questions you had. Still nothing yet. Then, the website will show if you have registered your "free" membership, but so far it doesn't appear that I have even sent the other info in yet, so I don't know how that works either.

Anyway, just so you know you aren't the first waiting on medsmadesimple to respond. Don't get me wrong, otherwise have developed no opinion-good or bad....just puzzled right now.

Oh now I am worried for her! I told her about all the great responces this company has received and if they dont come through for her I will very upet! I wish they would let me know soon so she can just go elsewhere....

Seriously, once when I was in need of finding a new provider, I inquired with several of them at the same time and then, went with the quickest and /or cheapest one that got back with me in a reasonable amount of time. Just food for thought and an idea.

Also, since I have never really officially dealt with them other than SENDING SENDING SENDING info to THEM...I am not holding my breath right now other than their website does state that this processing can take a while ESPECIALLY if you use fax cover sheets, fax in multiple transmissions, etc and I had to do both due to some computer/fax problems I was having.

Tell your friend to hang in there. HECK..she just started this process a couple of hours ago and she may get approved immediately. Please keep me posted.

Weird, I'm so sorry you're having problems, but you do have to give any OP a bit of time. I faxed in my records, had consult next day, meds the next. They were very efficient. Not to mention the very cool refill reminder - just point & click. Jason (I think that's his name) was very helpful with a question I had. Let us know & good luck to you.

I used them a few months ago and they were super, but I think I called them and spoke to the owner a very nice guy, got my consult in a cople hours of hours but they do need the records and the prices can't be beat if theres a pharmacy problem he gives you that phone # Brighton Pharmacy in Colorado I think and they meds were here the next day, but with all the back logs they may be just a little slow now, so give them a call in the am and see whats up.
If all else fails try EPHY there also super, 45.00 consult I got mine in 1 hour and the meds are reasonable with 2 refills again package in hand in 1 day. But the med are at MMs are really the best around, but if your in a rush Ephy is my 2nd choice, both sent Watsons 10/325, Good luch,Tim

It's impossible to say, as we contact many doctors' offices daily to assist patients in retrieving additional medical records. I can not tell who your friend might be, nor would I want to know on here. Further, even if I did know who your friend was, it would be a violation of her rights under HIPAA to disclose any information.
